Keemall Portable Inflatable Travel Neck Pillow for Airplane, Car & Office

Of all the different travel pillows I have tried, this worked great. I was worried about it deflating at some points, but it stayed inflated really well. It gave my neck a lot of support from all sides. It didn't make me feel too hot either. I really appreciated that it's washable. It also folds up really well so it takes minimal space. I would recommend this!

Purchased this black inflatable cervical neck pillow for neck support at home and during long airline trips. Wanted inflatable pillow (versus memory foam) due to weight/space issues in luggage. The pillow cover has nice soft fabric (one side textured & other smooth), an adjustable elastic strap with buckle, and a nicely sewn invisible zipper. Easily inflated. Appreciate its compact size. Have used for three nights thus far and is quite comfortable. For an upcoming trip, will be able to use solo for cruise cabin and in combination with the “Ultra-Thin Breathable Airplane Pillow Alternative” during the flight (also purchased from Amazon). Can recommend.

On my long haul international flight, the inflated pillow stayed “mostly” inflated - just a little bit noticeable deflating. Nevertheless, it is super easy to inflate - just 3 or 4 big breaths - and easily packable. I have a (nice) foam pillow BUT it took up too much room in my personal bag.

I bought the Keemall Inflatable Car Pillow for Kids for a long road trip, and it turned out to be a really helpful travel accessory for my child. It’s designed to support the head and neck during sleep in the car, and it does a good job of preventing the head from falling forward or to the side. The inflatable design is very convenient because it makes the pillow lightweight and easy to pack. We were able to inflate it quickly in just a few breaths, and it held air well throughout the trip. Also, it may not fit every car seat setup perfectly depending on height and spacing. Overall, this is a practical and travel-friendly pillow that helps kids sleep more comfortably in the car. I would definitely recommend it for families who take frequent road trips or want to make car rides easier for sleeping children.

I just received it today August 8/26,, I haven't used it but Wow,,, Super cool this product,,, easy to carry as it is inflatable. The fleece protection makes it very very comfortable. I loved it 💕💕💕

I'm torn but stuck with 3 stars. It's almost great in every way, except it's too long for my kiddos still using a booster. It's 3 star because the product name includes Car Seats, which I took to believe it would work with car seats and boosters. It's easy to inflate, snap and use. I love that it's inflatable so I can travel on planes with it and it packs up small. I'm sure it could provide better support if it didn't "float" like it does for my kids in their booster. It also lifts up and out of place too easily. Still...worth keeping around to use while traveling and until they're big enough to stop using boosters.

After spending several thousand dollars over 50 years on all kinds/types of pillows trying to be pain free and get some- any -sleep I can, I find air adjustable pillows to be my best bet for what little comfortable sleep of my broken double whiplash neck (hangman’s break) caused by a tow truck and the car he was towing. The curve in my neck has been long gone which apparently makes it hard on the pillow. So I need total support for those vertebrae when sleeping (2-2.5 hrs at a time) to achieve as little pain with as much soft comfort as possible. This pillow does the trick for my side sleeping. I can’t sleep on my back. I can fill the air in the pillow to match the most pain free support I require each night/day. Shape and portability are perfect for car travel, no matter the car, and easily deflates to pack and re-inflates to sleep. Keep in mind car headrests are now made so the passenger sustains minimal front and backward head/brain injury. This one is not so big that it interferes with that protection. Additionally, whiplash can occur in any direction, even circular like mine where the tow truck went in the side of my engine (at my door jam) exiting out the front of my engine then the car he was towing did the same thing. It’s only by God that man didn’t kill me. This pillow can also be used for lumbar support, though I haven’t yet tried it on this particular one. The main problem with air pillows are most are cheaply made: the seams and/or around the valves leak; some sooner than others and all last too short to be convenient, cost effective and useful. And don’t try to put ANY type of glue on it. It “melts” the plastic or whatever that pillow is made of. (Same happens on pool floats and some camping air mattresses.) Perhaps that plastic material is why the seams don’t hold. I replace neck pillows fairly frequently due to these issues, always trying to find the best quality one; so cost is an important factor. I would pay for a quality one to use on a nightly basis that lasts and be a devoted promoting customer. I’ve dumped the ones that leak or go around the neck (limiting head movement) for better made quality pillows in a shape like this one. Having it only a couple weeks, I hope it’s well made. It’s been working out better than every medical pillow I’ve ever tried. We’ll see how well these hold-up.

Honestly it’s a great little pillow. Very comfortable when inflated and I love how small it packs down. I’d give it a 5 star except for two things: 1) the one way valve forces you to stick a finger in it to deflate. For a bigger person this is a pain. They should have made a dual cap so you could pull the two at valve off for deflating. 2) the zipper on the carry bag IMO should be a little bigger / more robust. Despite these two items I would absolutely recommend this pillow over the traditional large bulky ones.

This is by far the best of the many travel pillows I've purchased over the years from the standpoint of comfort, portability and ease of use. It inflates in just a few breaths, totally deflates in seconds and then easily folds into it's own intrinsic bag. I just used it on a couple of transatlantic flights and found it to be very comfortable. It also takes up very little space when deflated. Highly recommended.

I recently took this overseas. I loved how I could blow it up & deflate it with ease. I also loved how I could control the size. I didn't like it fully inflated, so let air out until I was comfortable. It barely took up space in my carry on luggage.

Comfortable, well-made, does the job. I like the way it folds away into the integrated pouch.
