I know it sounds strange, but I use these daily. I have a hard time staying steady on my feet but these are meant to fix just that. I feel solid with a wider shoe width and longer toe rim. Regular tennis shoes I am tipping all over the place, these are solid. The bottoms can be replaced because they have Velcro holding on the sole. So I took the sliding leather off the left shoe and replaced it with a solid sole. That was available at a pro bowling shop. They have lasted over two years and the bottoms don’t look like there’s been a days wear on them. I got another pair for dress shoes because after two years, the uppers have gotten beat up a little bit. But still highly functional. There’s also no lacing them up. You just popped the button down on top and give it a twist and it zipped right around your foot as tight as you want to be. I think all shoes should be made like this. The bottoms never wear out and the uppers just need some polish. I would recommend these to everyone as a daily wear.

Love the looks and feel of these shoes! True to size, and the boa system is awesome! Very light weight, and the color of them really stands out. The price may seem steep but for a serious bowler the value is beyond the money spent. Having the ability to change the slide pads has made a huge change to my game.

These bowling shoes are excellent. The fit is perfect and the BOA system makes it very easy to adjust and secure the shoe quickly. They are very comfortable, even during long bowling sessions. The slide is smooth and consistent, and the overall build quality feels durable and well made. I noticed better stability and control compared to my previous shoes. Definitely a great choice for serious bowlers and well worth the price.

Amazon tried to tell me my shoe size was bigger than I usually buy, but I ignored Amazon and bought my size. Glad I did, these fit just as expected. I hope these are the last shoes I buy for many years. They look and feel like they are well made.

They are so clean. I have the exact same shoe except blue and orange prior for about 2 years and was about time to get a new pair, these are so great, SST8 are THE best bowling shoes out their.

These SRT8 bowling shoes exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, they felt comfortable and broke in quickly without any discomfort. The sliding sole is smooth and consistent on various lane conditions, and the grip on the heel gives me great control during my approach. I love these shoes, sure they are not the cheapest bowling shoes you can purchase but it you want something that is premium and need to change out heels and soles I would recommend these. I like that I can change the slide for different approach conditions which is something I need when bowling in different bowling centers (houses) but also in my own house where lane condition will change depending on weather and when "rock'n'bowl" has happened the night before and the approach could potentially be sticky because fun bowlers don't listen to rules and bring drinks into areas they shouldn't. This is my first bowling shoe that has the BOA system on in, and let me just say I LOVE this system so much easier (and lazier) to tighten the shoes. At first I wasn't sure I was going to like this or not as I tend to tighten my shoes until I can't feel circulation (not really, but close) but I find these get tight enough for me so I was actually surprised as I am picky when it comes to how tight I can get my footwear. I love this system as it's quick and easy compared to laces, it's lazier for sure but it serves a great purpose for me when the upper section is wet from shoes (when it rains or snows) or when I go into the bathroom. I much prefer to take my shoes off when on the carpet on the upper level so this makes it easier and when going to the bathroom I can remove these and put my regular shoes on and it only take seconds (the shoe covers in the bathroom always felt nasty to me as you have to touch to remove and you are in a dirty bathroom where people may have peed at the urinal - yes men I am looking at you) The only reason they are getting 4-stars rather then 5-stars is because they don't come with any extra slides or heels which I think for the price they could have included at least one different slide/heel combo. I know there are may different variations you can have and it may be hard to decide which one(s) to include but maybe something like one that slides easy (for sticky approaches) , one that doesn't slide as easy (for slippery approaches) and one for middle ground (neither stick or slippery approaches). From my research they used to include another set, but sadly these doesn't seem to be the case so I had to spend more money on a different type of slider pad. I would still very much recommend these shoes, I wouldn't let the fact that they don't come with extra soles or heel deter me from purchasing these but I think for the price they should. I love the look, blue/red, they stand out which is in contrast to my previous shoes which were black so you can notice them from a mile away. The design of the mesh and SST8 below is aesthetically pleasing to me, hopefully they don't wear out prematurely or the mesh doesn't start to loosen up (will update if this happens). I was looking at "The 9s" but due to lack of availably of the replaceable toe plate and the prices to purchase in Canada I decided to go with the SST 8s.
