Sturdy hanger with quality material
The steel pipes were of jsl steel, good quality. Caps were pre fitted. The bracket thickness also is very good, compared to homewell hangers.

Missing accessories
Wanted to return as wall string holder and one 6ft pipe missing. It took many days to respond and meanwhile it is very essential since we have heavy rains. So our plumber brought one cloth hanger ( for wall clamp) and fixed 2pipes. It's total irresponsibility of the seller for not sending complete item. See the pictures

Poor quality, weightless and no installation service
No serving provided even though they committed to providing charged installation service for the product when I called them. Been trying to call the person but person not answering the call. The product is in packaged state since a month now. Don't buy unless you have a installation person, self installation will not be robust as it will fall from the roof as other users have indicated. Also not possible to alter reduce the length of the bars. Waste product and service

Long lasting, except the rope sometime get struck needs to be replaced

Genuine product
I have been using this from last 2 years. Rope is damaged, will company send a pair of ropes again. It was mentioned in the delivery packet that customer can request another set of ropes
