Does it helps for skin whitening?

I stopped taking it because it made my heart beat so fast and it felt like my heart wont come out of my chest that happened within just 1-2 weeks of taking it...skin whitening? no observation within that span of time

The reduced form can lighten your skin (see reference). I just opened my bottle. There is no seal on the bottle lip. The only seal was the peel off white part of the cap. Is this normal?

Yes, it is normal. They say it is a seal and cuts down on cost to the consumer. I have not had an issue with the product other than I feel no different after a couple months
