This is a 2 part review. I’ve been using these for a long time now and I can honestly say they work. They help me fall asleep which is hard for me because I like many others have a brain that won’t shut off. So, for the effectiveness it’s 5 stars. Now, let’s talk about the taste. All my prior bottles were fine, tasted somewhat like berries. This bottle is God awful. Idk what they did but these ones taste like how cat pee smells. The taste is so gross I can only chew the gummy like 3 times then hurry up and wash it down with a drink just to get it in. So, whatever you did Carlyle , PLEASE undo it and go back to the flavor that’s at least edible. (Please & Thanks).

These are noticeably effective for winding down, especially if your sleep schedule is off. The berry flavor is easy to take, and gummies are convenient compared to pills. 12mg is on the stronger side, so a lower dose may be enough depending on the person. Good option for occasional or routine sleep support.

This is my second batch that I’m ordering I love them. I highly recommend them. I’ll take them like probably 30 minutes before going to sleep and it works miracles and wonders thank God no bad dreams. I sleep like a baby for 10 hours straight and wake up feeling super energized, no grogginess nothing and also the taste is amazing. I don’t have a problem with it. It taste like you’re having gummy’s like Swedish fish highly recommend and I’m giving this review as I’m checking out on my second order, restful sleep everyone.

They are good, they help me rest at once, I take them now and after 15 minutes it is already giving me sleep, they are worth it and the gummies feel good.

I love these for many reasons. I used to use the ones made by natrol ($15.00, 6 mg and only 80 in a bottle) then when I went to order them again they were out of stock so I found another brand called Nature’s nutrition I think it says I couldn’t read the word below cuz it was so ridiculously smal anyway these were 8 mg each and had 120 in the bottle and SUPPOSED to be strawberry flavored if that was strawberry I’ll by my granddaughter a BMW. Not only were they not the are as hard a a rock so I (just me) just let them set in my mouth to soften up also on several occasions I have found what I think is bits of foil inside the chew. I’m guessing from the manufacturing process since the lid is sealed with foil. I got to where I could feel it before I bit down but it was definitely a problem so I looked for a replacement nurtol was still out of stock and I came across Carlyle melatonin chews! First they were cheaper, by ALOT, they were also 12 mg. Oh and for the guy who posted that they are only 6 mg that it’s 12 mg for the pair YOU ARE WRONG SIR they are 12 mg EACH! I wasn’t sure if I d like them so I only ordered a couple bottles to try and omg I was hooked! These are the best melatonin gummy chews iv EVER had. The new bonus I found now is I can get the 180 per bottle for the exact same price. The only complaint I have is when I first started buying these like 6 months ago the were $4.99 now they are $7.99 what the heck is that about? Mean I’ve ordered well over 200 bottles of these in the last 6 months and don’t suggest the subscribe and save cuz that is laughable. Why are they going up so much?????
