Exceeds All Expectatons!
The pruning shear is as described in the listing. I found it easy to use, and what attracted me to them was the ease to cut through if my hands grow weaker as I age. I would buy again, but the manner and quality of the design will most likely outlast my lifetime!

Great for anyone with arthritis!
These pruners are amazing! So lightweight, super sharp blades and durable. Cuts shrubs, stems & even palm tree fronds with ease! Love these!

Falsely advertised as being made in Germany but cheap junk from China
Unfortunately I didn’t read the negative reviews and ordered these thinking I was getting German-made pruners, as the description states. I opened the box that has Made in China on it and thought maybe I ordered the wrong thing accidentally. The pruners felt very flimsy and cheap. I returned them the same day. I also didn’t fully read the description where it says these are good for arthritics and women. How demeaning. Had I seen that description that would have been enough to stop the purchase right there.

Ratchet Pruners
Ratcheting Pruners - worked okay. When they fully opened, I had to use both hands to close (felt like no stopping point for a grip). Ratcheted into limbs like they should. Closing with the slide bar is much easier than pulling up on a button on the other brands. I am using them; however they are not the perfect fit for my hand.

These are awesome pruners. They cut easily, have less hand fatigue and lock closed easily.

Not the quality or capability I'd expected 😕
Mediocre quality construction and function. The locking slider kept sliding to the locked position as I used the clippers. I put a bit of museum putty on the slider base, and that solved the problem. The blade cut OK, but not as great as other reviews have reported. By the time I decided to return it, my return window was closed.

Exactly what I was looking for.
If you're going to get pruning shears you should always get shears of the ratchet variety. You can cut more easily and therefore cut thicker branches. Love these so far. Will order these again once the pair I have give up on me.

Comfortable grip, stays sharp.
Well suited for general gardening pruning, not very good bigger than an inch or two.
