Great ANC earbuds for the price and good customer service
I have purchased 4 pairs of NC2 for different family members. Tozo gave me a promotional pair of NC7s to use and rate. I will be comparing these to the NC2 made by same company. At first glance, they look big compared to the NC2s when you open the case. The NC7 has no stem while the NC2 does. I did not notice any difference on call quality and sound was great on both. I think the NC2 offers better bass, especially in ANC mode. I am not an audiophile but this is one difference I even recognized. I also find that the NC7 was difficult to position initially. After I got the hang of it, I was able to get them in and out of my ear AND the case easier. It is near impossible to put these in without hitting the function buttons on the earbuds. Usually you have to "re-set" your ANC, Pause/play and volume once they are in. So even if you take them out for a few seconds to scratch your ear, you will find yourself resetting the levels almost every time. Due to the NC2s stem design, you have a place to hold onto that is not on top of the function buttons. I still have to adjust settings every once in a while with the NC2s but not near as much as these NC7s. I find that the NC7 seems to stay in your ear a little better than the NC2s. It is common for the NC2s to fall out of the ear. One of the downsides to that earbud. The NC7s fell out twice in my last three hour period of hard labor which is much better than the NC2s. I find my self adjusting the NC2s about every 10-15 minutes to prevent them from falling out. At the gym, both pair excelled equally. ANC blocked out noise and the bluetooth connection was able to reach every part of the gym while leaving my phone the locker area. Since both pairs use the same functions (with the exception of an added ANC function on the NC7) controls were easy to navigate. On either pair I personally have not lost the bluetooth connection walking up to 70 feet away from the phone. Both cases charge the phone in seemingly good time although the NC7 case is a little shorter due to the fact that there are no stems. Cleaning the case contacts on the NC2 are more difficult since you have to get all the way into the deeper narrow section where the stem sits. As a side note, I had one case that stopped charging the NC2 earbuds. Tozo was quick to respond and sent out another pair of earbuds (not just the case). I think comfort is great on both pair but the NC7 eeks out a win here by a very slim margin. They just feel "lighter" in the ear. I have no idea what the actual weights are of each pair but the feel seems lighter and may be the result of not having the stem. Neither pair are heavy by any means. These are a solid set of earbuds, especially for those who wish to have a stemless design. The call quality is good and the comfort is decent. They tend to stay in your ears well. They are a bit difficult at first to get in and used to but that eases quickly. however, the fact that you turn on and off your playlist a few times or turn on and off the ANC a few times just to get these things in your ears. Not a deal breaker but kinda annoying nonetheless. Bluetooth works flawlessly and the case can hold a charge for repeated charges of the earbuds. The USB-C connection charges the case rather quickly. IF I had to choose, I would still go with the NC2 by a hair. Although I am no sound expert, I like the bass a bit better, especially when ANC is on. but the difference is small. Even though I have to adjust them regularly, the stem makes this easy. Both sets perform well on calls and bluetooth distance using an iPhone 12 Pro MAX. Any other differences/experiences between the two sets would be nit picking coming from me. Maybe an audiophile would have more to add. I have tried quite a few bluetooth earbuds over the last 5 years ranging from $25-$125 and have taken the input of my teenage kids who also use them (and lose them). Tozo has been our go to brand for the last 18 months and we have purchased products from them several times. They offer great customer service and an exceptional value for ANC earbuds In a heartbeat I would buy these NC7s especially if you are looking for a stemless design. I will continue to use both sets on a regular basis.

JUST DO IT!!!!!
JUST DO IT! Don't think about it, if you know and love earbuds, just buy the Tozo NC7 buds! For only 40-50 bucks you can't go wrong. I had a 20% off coupon offered at the time I purchased my Tozo's, so I only paid $40 for each of the two pair I bought, but I think retail is regularly $50. NC7 buds tout 18 hour run time, and I believe it! These stay charged forever, it seems. The charging case lasts for 2 charges from what I've experienced. Touch controls work very nicely. left earbud controls noise cancelling features, which work extremely well. Right earbud controls playing and pausing songs, also jumping to next or previous song. A very interesting thing about these is that they can play down to a VERY low volume level. That's a great feature in my book. Fitment seems is very good for me, but for what it's worth my ears are on the bigger side of the ear size scale. They also come with 12 tips in 2 different shapes and 3 sizes. I have yet to answer a call with these, but I'm sure they will work great for taking calls, as well as everything else works on them. Honestly though, I believe everyone that tries these buds will, at least, be highly satisfied, if not completely blown away just like I was. Ok now lets jump to sound quality... Side note: Don't expect to get great sound from any headphones listening to music on YouTube. You need to use a dedicated music app with an equalizer for best results. BASS: The bass isn't muddy or overpowering in the least, it's full and poignant. Clean and to the point. You won't want for more bass than these provide (Dre eat your heart out). I've always wished my earbuds could deliver more bass that most of them do, the Genies at Tozo granted that wish! I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this set. (well I guess I'm trying to tell you, that's why I'm writing this review anyway, lol). HIGHS AND MIDS: A person can tell a great speaker by the details they can pick out during listening. These buds must have some nice quality hardware in them, because details are what you'll notice! The highs and mids produced by the NC7s are clean and clear. No frequency seems to overpower another. It's quite literally like a symphony happening inside the little plastic cases. Everything plays very well with each other as if they're being directed by a great conductor. You'll catch nice details from the treble side of things, but wont find yourself wanting for clearer more pronounced vocals due to an overpowering amount of treble. Although if you wanted to, you could definitely crank up the treble/volume and damage your hearing with these, if you're into that sort of thing.... CONS: Very few. -I wish you could connect these via an app for more control over the touch options, but this model doesn't offer app connectivity at this point in time anyway. -Two different notification accents, lol. One is clearly British ("Powuh ohnn"), and the other is Chinese or Japanese ("NC mode") it makes me chuckle every time I hear it though so I don't know if it's really a con. TECHNICAL STUFF IF YOU WANT TO KEEP READING: Keep in mind that not every media device offers the same sound stage/quality, so choose wisely what you pair these with. I use the equalizer in my Samsung phone music app to make adjustments while playing my Tozos and it's necessary really, because although these buds can produce beautiful sounds, you have to feed them a beautiful signal to get one back from them. Just like every other reviewer of headphones, I'm a person that owns many pair of headphones/earbuds from cheap to overpriced. I only tell you that information so you know that I'm not a person that has two sets of headphones and am writing a review to tell you how great these sound compared to my JVC Marshmallows, lol. Most folks that care, and know, about audio quality understand that brand new speakers never sound as good as they do after having had a chance to stretch their legs a bit. When you get your NC7s you may not be instantly impressed (you will be pleased though!!), but after roughly 40 hours of listening you'll notice REALLY nice well rounded sounds dancing on your happy little eardrums. It took a few days of run time for my pair to fully express their true potential. But now, just wow... If a manufacturer balances the left and right buds to produce the same amount of sound at the same volume level, you end up with a soundstage that will have you hearing guitars playing on either side of you, drums beating behind your head, and vocals that appear to sound like they're being sung almost in front of your face. That is what a great soundstage is from a well balanced set of headphones can provide and it's really RARE!! The NC7s appear have a nice soundstage. You'll see what i mean when you get yours. There is so much more I could write about these, but who actually read this far into the review in the first place, lol?? IF so, what are you still reading this for???? ORDER YOUR OWN PAIR AND EXPERIENCE IF FOR YOURSELF!!! :) I hope you enjoyed me review. Have a very nice day.

Good sound, good ANC, wireless charging, and app support
I'm rewriting this review because I've spent a little more time with the earbuds now than when I first reviewed them. Pros: -- Good noise cancelling. I frequently ride a bus, and this eliminates about 90% of the bus sounds. It also eliminates the sound of the air conditioning and heating in my apartment. -- Qi wireless charging. I'm very impressed that TOZO was able to include both noise cancelling and Qi wireless charging in earbuds this inexpensive. -- Excellent fit for my ears. These don't fall out, even when I'm exercising, and it's the first time in quite some time that I wasn't tempted to immediately replace the stock earbuds. These fit me well, and give me a tight seal for the noise cancelling. Every once in a while they shift in my ears and the noise cancelling changes, but This is much better than some other earbuds I've used that don't fit well even with eartips. (I'm looking at *you*, Soundcore.) -- App support. For this price, you might not expect app support, but these do have it, and it's pretty good. You can change the touch controls, adjust the EQ, create custom EQs, check for new firmware, etc. -- Good battery life. I've used these for 3 hours at a time on 30% volume, and I've never seen them go below 75% under those conditions. -- The shape of the earbuds means that you're very unlikely to accidentally activate the touch controls just from moving the earbuds in your ears. This is a problem I've had with, for example, the Galaxy Buds Pro. -- In-ear detection means that when you pull out an earbud, the music stops in both buds. Cons: -- They can be difficult to get out of the case. The magnets and shape of the earbuds are such that getting that first earbud out might take a second. -- The in-ear detection stops the music, but it doesn't affect the touch controls, so it's possible to have them play sound or change from noise cancelling to transparency mode while you're trying to put them in the case. -- When I first got them, I had a problem where the app wouldn't immediately connect to them. I haven't seen that problem recently, though. All in all, I would say these are a must-buy if you want inexpensive noise cancelling with Qi wireless charging. These earbuds have a lot to offer.

Tiny package with big sound and great features!
I just recently upgraded my Tozo NC2 earrbuds to the newer Tozo NC7 bluetooth noise canceling earbuds. I've been using the NC2s for about a year and a half and they are still a great little earbud. I've been super impressed w/ Tozo products (I also have a drone and battery pack from them) and all have been excellent, with great customer support. These new NC7 buds are super easy to operate just like the NC2s. The big improvements are (1) significantly smaller form factor both on the ear bud and the case --> see my comparison picture to the NC2 case (2) wireless charging for the NC7 case (NC2 does not do wireless charging) (3) improved ANC (active noise cancellation) - these things are super quiet when ANC is turned on which is great for airplanes, office use, (4) better ergonomics vs. the NC2s --> since the NC7 doesn't have the little leg sticking out of your ear, they are much more secure and less likely to get knocked out of your ear if you brush against the earbud accidentally. They are very secure when in use and won't fall out even when doing strenuous exercise like jogging. The overall sound quality is great with good mid ranges. I was impressed with the sound quality on the NC2s as well but these do seem to be a bit of an improvement. There are 3 noise modes you can select from by tapping the left earbud (a) ANC ON mode, (b) ANC OFF mode, and (c) Transparent mode which uses the microphone to pass outside sounds through the earbuds so you can easily hear people talking to you when needed. You also have the option to use digital assistants (Siri or Google) by triple tapping either earbud. You have standard volume up/down and skip track function as well (holding and double-tapping). My only two very minor feedbacks are (1) the buds are a little difficult to get out of the case - they don't have much grip to get your fingers around the bud to pop them out but this is not a big deal. Maybe some touch-soft finish on future generation would help with grip on the bud a little bit. (2) The case doesn't have a physical button to force it into pairing mode like the NC2. I think you have to do a resent on the earbuds to force them back into pairing mode (instructions show you how to do this but I do worry I will lose the instructions over time). I like having the physical button to do pairing easily....it just feels more intuitive. Finally, I don't know how many devices can connect to these earbuds simultaneously...I haven't tried that yet and didn't see mention of it in the instructions.. Overall, I'm once again pleasantly surprised at the fit, finish and overall quality (including sound) from these super affordable Tozo earbuds. At just $50 (price I paid) I don't think you will find anything better for what you get.

A very good set of earbuds
What’s in the box • TOZO NC7 Earbuds • Wireless Charging Case • 6 pairs of Eartips (XS/S/M/L/XL/XXL), 5 are in the box, 6th is pre-mounted • USB-A to USB-C Charging Cable • Quick Guide & User Manual Earbuds Fit and finish is excellent. Can sometimes feel slippery in the hand but not a deal breaker. Voice Call Quality I find them to be very good and no complaints from those on the other end. Connectivity As with most Bluetooth devices, you can only connect to one device at a time and you have to remember the last device you connected to because you have to disconnect from that device first before connecting to a another device. You’ll have to buy another set or get one that can connect to multiple devices at the same time. It’s a pain when you want to switch devices quickly, 1st world problems I guess. On some planes you still have to use wired earbuds to use their entertainment system as they still use a 3.5 mm jack so bring along a wired set. Sound Quality Sound quality is very good and ANC works very well. Good in a noisy environment like when you are on a plane. Foam Tips Too bad you can’t use foam tips, I find them more comfortable than the plastic types that come with this. Foam tips offer better sound isolation. You can find ones that fit but you now run into the issue of recharging the earbuds as the foam tips are too large to fit in the case. When travelling, taking along wired earbuds with foam tips just in case, they provide excellent sound isolation, no ANC required, works great on airplanes. The earbuds the airlines give out are subpar for sound isolation. Case The case is a wireless charging case so this can be used with 3-in-1 charging stations. The case is small and compact, very comfortable in a pants pocket. Tozo has other models which are advertised as having a small case but they are 1/3 to 1/2 size bigger than the NC7. You can put them in a pocket but for small and compact the NC7 is hard to beat. Lid closes too easily, if the case tilts towards you when opening they will close on their own, would prefer if the opening mechanism was a little stiffer but not a deal breaker. Battery Life Battery life is good and advertise as having 18 hours of playback and up to 72 hours when used with the wireless charging case. Note: if earbuds have ANC, playback times are usually provided with ANC off, I can’t remember seeing times with ANC on. Warranty The right earbud stopped charging for some reason after 7 months in. I contacted Tozo on this issue and they sent another pair. Thanks to Tozo for standing behind their product.

Not a fan of the unique bud stem and ear gel design
I'm starting a return of these because all efforts to overcome the design are fruitless. Problem? Stems are seemingly designed to work with only original tips to limit pressure in ears potentially caused by pushing the buds too far into ear. Maybe this is assumed or just my ears but what I'm experiencing is the buds will not maintain a secure seal. They find their way loose and nearly fall out during a workout. I've tried all the tips but the included alternative tips that are near flat on top aren't comfortable and block sound; I can open my mouth and the volume gets louder until I close my mouth. Maybe it's the size but there's only one size in each tip type that will seal at all so there's a limit on choice. I did read another reviewer that had a torn bud tip because the ear gel should be removed by the plastic locking/aligning end, not above the plastic end. I've read a number of suggestions from Tozo buyers suggesting that the NC2 Apple like extended mic stem buds offer better fit for hard to fit wearers like me. I have no idea if NC2 ear gels are limited to original by virtue of locking aligning feature that the NC7 PRO buds have? The above gets worse when I try third party tips. They don't fit right. Why? There's a plastic lock or contouring on the ear gels and bud stems that align. Try a third party tip and there's the plastic alignment and locking mechanism obstructing fit on the bud stems- blocks or hinders the tip from sealing ideally. Again, what I'm experiencing is the right bud working itself loose; though it maintains a seal, it sticks out of my ear. Push it back in and it sounds like a whoopy cushion being sat on. The pressure will let loose though the bud is sealed but the sound of the pressure letting off sounds bad in my ear and the protruding outward is annoying to see sticking out of my right ear. I'm sure the issue is a combination of stem length, ear gel stem length and diameter of ear gel required for seal. Left ear mostly ok as far as not having the obvious look of sticking out of my ear too far. But if ear gels are going to be so custom, more sizes that don't tend to block sound or stick too far out of the wearers ear should be offered. My ear canals being so different isn't so unusual but a common issue with TWS wearers. It's also something that could be overcome if manufacturers offered more tip sizes. But Tozo chose to offer two different types of ear gels in same typical 3 size options; small, medium, large isn't enough, imo. With few diameter choices, the only option is stem length. But if the stem length is too short already, can't shorten the stem to use larger ear gel diameter. And if the larger longer ear gel isn't included, no option but third party ear gel. All this makes unique ear gel and stem designs in TWS headphones a complicated mess, imo. Uniformity in TWS eargel dimensions would be more ideal for the wearers; manufacturers should copy the dimensions that the more common makes are using so buyers have more choices to overcome obstacles in fit like this. The buds lack grip or contour or access to easily remove the buds from the case. Annoying. There are few dot shaped TWS buds that can be easily removed from the case for same reasons. Not so with the Earfun Free Pro 2 buds; the ear wing wraps around the bud which also offers something to grip to in order to pry them away from their magnetic security. I picked up some Earfun Free Pro 2 buds during prime day. Out of the box, they fit my ear but the ear wing eventually had to come off because it was turning my ears red and painful. Those ear gels in the Earfun buds somewhat fit this Tozo NC2 Pro buds but the same issues ensue; sound great, not blocking sound but right bud sticks out of my ear too far and whoopy cushion sounds when I try to get either of them pushed back on my ear. I've been in contact with seller and Tozo support about the ear gels and the Tozo app. Yes, the Tozo app wouldn't connect with my NC7 PRO buds until they updated; that is, when using Google Pixel 4 XL Android 12 phone. I managed to connect the buds and update them with an older Android 10 phone. The seller and Tozo support sent these instructions which I didn't use or confirm usefulness because my Android 10 phone succeeded to connect and update the firmware on the buds. With updated bud firmware, I was able to to connect and use the Tozo app on my Android 12 phone. But here's the reply they sent in case anyone encounters this same connection issue: "Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience. 1. Please update the APP to the latest version ---The latest version of Android is 1.6.0 2. Put the earbuds into the charging case for 5 minutes and turn off the phone Bluetooth . 3. Turn on the phone Bluetooth switch, remove the earbuds, and connect to Bluetooth. 4.Open the APP to reconnect the device. If it could not solve your problem, please tell us. Best regards," Concerning all the reasons I'm returning these buds, I asked if I could swap the NC7 PRO buds for the NC2 Pro buds. Can't be done. One obvious reason is the NC2 Pro buds are not in stock; unsure if the swap could be done, otherwise? I may consider purchasing the NC2 Pro or another updated version with LC3 codec if that's upcoming for Tozo TWS buds. Some Bluetooth 5.2 headphones could potentially get updated to include LC3 codec but I dunno if that's possible for the current Tozo pro buds with the Tozo app? Only Tozo would know or choose to do so as far as I know. Comparing these Tozo NC7 PRO buds to my new Earfun Free Pro 2 buds, battery life and the touch controls are better on the Tozo. Sound is preferentially better to me in the Earfun buds plus there's the option of getting Eq through the airreps156 app for Android, even the possibility of using Oluv gadget patreon subscription to tune those buds with third party app is something of interest to me (I believe it voids the warranty so I'm waiting to try that later). But I give the sound a slight edge advantage to Earfun; out of the box, the Earfun sounds better to me than best I can adjust the Eq with the Tozo app. Listening to both, I did better at finding a manual Eq with the Tozo app on the NC7 PRO buds for easy listening. Having the Tozo app access makes the sound a closer second compared to the Earfun, imo. If manual tuning isn't your thing, the Tozo app may be the better choice for some. Notably, I wouldn't have looked at the Earfun buds if the Tozo buds didn't have the fit issues I've described. Noise cancelling is better on the Earfun Free Pro 2 buds. Neither are spooky crazy at noise cancelling but for home gym and around the house, I prefer the Earfun buds. I'd give the seller and Tozo support high marks for working with me as much as possible to make me happy. For my trouble and possibly for sharing my experience with them, they did offer me a W1 wireless charger whether I kept the buds or returned them. I told Tozo support that return was likely unless I could find a third party ear gel to overcome the issues I experienced. Sending the wireless charger was not binding on my keeping these buds or writing a favorable review. Tozo was interested in my satisfaction and why I'm not satisfied; I can appreciate that. Nice charger but not intended for fast charging; charges my phone too. I kept the buds a little longer than I usually would while waiting on alternative ear gels to try but didn't succeed in finding tips that would overcome my issues with secure fit that did not block sound. I would definitely consider Tozo again if it's not a case of unique bud and stem design limiting the ear gel choices. I would have liked to try the Tozo NC2 Pro buds. Dunno if the ear gels and bud stems are the same unique design that limits tip choices?

Excellent value and great performance!
First, I've never been one to use ear buds and, consequently, have never experienced "good quality" in the ones I have been able to try. I grew up with old school headphones and just never could get used to ear buds, even though I wear foam ear plugs nearly every day. Also, I just couldn't bring myself to pay over $100 for an item I may not like! With some prodding from friends and famy, I purchased a pair of NC7 on sale and "used" (actually just the original cardboard box was damaged.) I knew if I didn't like them my wife would happily take them over. She won't be getting this pair! Also, for comparison, my home sound systems are Bose and Denon. Not top of the line, but I can still pick out every note of Dark Side of the Moon! There are 3 fairly small things that could be better with the NC7. 1) in full pass-through mode there is a distinct hum. It's pretty annoying in quiet environments, but barely noticeable if your out driving with the windows down or somewhere where there is a lot of background noise. 2) these boogers are tricky to get out of the storage case. There's just not much to get ahold of, but two or three tries and you'll have them, so not a huge issue. 3) straight out of the box the mix is not great to my ears (too much bass, muffled mids, flat treble.) But once I downloaded the app and tested a few of the preset E.Q. settings I quickly found my comfort zone. Still not as good to me as my ancient Pioneer headphones, but impressive for the size and price. What do I like about the NC7? Pretty much everything else. As I said before, very good sound for the price. Impressive battery life. I had no issues setting up the app on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Full Noise Cancelling Mode is amazing to me. I work in a stamping facility with multiple 1600, 1500 and 2300 ton presses banging away. I can listen to a Neil Degrass Tyson podcast and not miss a single sylable. I've had no issues with them falling out or, conversely, becoming uncomfortably tight. I'm impressed!

ANC is Useless, Sound is a bit hollow with extreme distortion when cranked up
Originally gave this a 2 star rating, due to how bleh everything was, but lowering down to 1 star because I have finally used it for Teams meetings and the buds are even worse. Every 2-3 minutes, my voice would become garbled and hard to hear. This only happens with this set of buds, not my Jabra 75t or my old gen 1 Galaxy Buds, so I can only blame the buds. Even though the items I am comparing these to are much more expensive, it is what I have, so it is what make sense! First off, if you look at the pictures, I was shocked to see that the are nearly exact copies in size, shape, design compared to my old 75t. I wanted to replace the 75t, due to the left ear bud no longer working (over 3 years old now). Based on all the high-end reviews, it felt like the lower cost of the NC7 was a good middle ground....but, I was extremely disappointed. 1st Issue) ANC is a joke. When turned on, it reduced almost no noise. I started my lawnmower, just to test out, and I could easily hear it. Also, had my daughter talk to me when the ANC was on, and I could hear every word she said. It basically did nothing, other than slightly mute her voice. This was the most disappointing thing, because I could have got a non-ANC version and saved money. 2nd Issue) The sound is extremely hollow sounding. I don't know how to explain this, but it just feels lacking a lot of things in all the ranges. I messed with the EQ settings inside the TOZO app, which helped a little bit, but the sound never came close to the the 75t. Again, I know the 75t is more expensive, but I didn't expect it to be that drastically lower. 3rd Issue) Volume distortion is a real issue. Anything above 60%, the buds start to have cracks, pops, hisses and other distortion. I tested this with Classic Rock, EDM, and 00's Pop. If the volume went above 60%, instead of louder, it just got gross sounding. 4th Issue) The mic sounds very meh. I did a test call, using my phone and then another one using MS Teams from a laptop. Both times, my voice was okay, but not great. It definitely sounded like I was talking on cheaper headphones, while my 75t's sounded crystal clear. I was not impressed with this, as it is one of the main reason I would be using these buds. 5th Issue) Transparency Mode...it works, but when you turn it on, it doesn't stop the music or other actions. So, you turn it on, then you have to use the other earbud to stop the music. This was very, very, very annoying as my other headset, if I turned on transparency, it auto stopped the music so that I could start talking. Now, it is two different clicks, having to use both earbuds. 6th Issue) During Teams calls, every couple of minutes, if I am talking my voice will turn into a garbled mess and others are unable to hear me. I am sitting 2-3 feet away from my laptop, but it keeps happening. This does not happen with my 2 other (one very old Galaxy Buds, and one partially broken Jabra 75t) buds, so I can only assume that the root cause is the Tozo buds. Good things: It is easy to setup and paired with my S22 Ultra without effort. They are not ultra expensive, so, if you are okay with the issues I mentioned, then it is probably a good deal. I don't think I will be keeping these, as the negatives are just too much for me.

Tozo punches above it's weight
Loved my xm3, xm4, galaxy buds 2 and now nc7. For me better fit than Sony's but not as comfy as the galaxy buds. Sounds great! For $60 👌!!!

Comfortable fit, stylish, compact, nice sound, good ANC.
I bought these for my wife… but ended up keeping them as they have a VERY comfortable fit, look very stylish and come in a case small enough to slip into my jean pockets without being noticeable. In terms of sound quality, these have a pleasant balance across the range, and excellent clarity - they are a really good all-rounder. Working from a pub near Heathrow one afternoon was a good test of the ANC mode which did a good job of dampening the plane engine noise and an excellent job of muting the conversations from the busy tables around me. I am really delighted with these.

Excellent sound quality and very good battery capacity
Great sounding earphones at a great price. Unfortunately one earphone stopped working after a couple of months of light use. I did resets etc but it did not fix the problem. I filmed a video showing the issue and sent it to the Tozo warranty department and they responded quickly and sent over a replacement. Nice to know that the warranty process works. This gives me confidence to continue to buy Tozo products. Their products performance in relation to cost is as good as it gets. The new pair of Tozo NC7 Pro is excellent. Excellent sound quality, looks very good, the app EQ works really well, nice to have waterproof earphones, great fit in the ear. Battery life is exceptional. 13 hours in the earphones and a total of approx. 39 hours with the charging case. Lots of other nice features as well, like transparency mode and noice cancelling. Overall, all features I want with great sound quality at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.
