I have had a couple of these filters before (not from Amazon, but same filter) and was initially not sure about them due to very slow water flow, until I worked out how to use them properly in my Brita filter. Once I worked out how to use them properly, they seemed to do a very good job. Water flow is reasonable, scale is not a problem. I only recently went back to an original Brita filter, as I ran out of these Aqua Optima ones and had a spare Brita filter in the cupboard, however I now realize that the Brita filters don't last very long (my lovely glass kettle got all scaled up after a couple of weeks back on the Brita) and I think I will keep using these Aqua Optima ones from now on, they keep my kettle looking sparking and the water tastes good and makes a great cup of tea/coffee. Seem to be on a par with Brita in terms of water quality. Considering the initial cost, plus how long they seem to last, they offer very good value for money. It was also an advantage that I was able to get these delivered same day as I had no spares in the cupboard and the previous filter (brita) had suddenly gone from working to giving me cloudly water almost overnight.

I’ve been using the Aqua Optima Evolve+ Water Filter Cartridges for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how they’ve improved the taste of my water. I was looking for a more affordable option than some of the bigger brands, and these have delivered! Here’s my review: Pros: Improved Water Taste: The biggest difference I’ve noticed is the taste of my water. It’s much fresher and cleaner after filtering with these cartridges. I can really tell the difference, especially when I drink water directly from the tap. Long-Lasting: Each cartridge lasts for about a month, which is decent for the price. I’ve found they last just as long (if not longer) than some of the more expensive brands I’ve tried in the past. Easy to Install: The cartridges are simple to install and fit well with my Aqua Optima filter jug. No complicated setup required—just pop them in and you’re good to go. Affordable: Compared to some other water filter brands, these are a great value. You get good quality at a much more reasonable price, making them a budget-friendly option for anyone who uses a water filter regularly. Reduces Limescale: Since I live in an area with hard water, I’ve noticed a reduction in limescale build-up in my kettle and on other appliances. It’s a nice bonus alongside cleaner-tasting water. Cons: Cartridges Are Slightly Larger Than Expected: The cartridges are a bit bulkier than some other brands I’ve used, so they take up more space in the filter jug. It’s not a huge issue, but it does make the jug a bit harder to store in the fridge. Can Have a Mild Aftertaste: While the water tastes great overall, I’ve noticed a slight aftertaste from time to time, especially if the cartridge has been in use for a while. It’s not overwhelming, but it’s something to keep in mind. Not Compatible with All Filters: These cartridges are designed for Aqua Optima filters, so if you have a different brand, they won’t fit. I’m really pleased with the Aqua Optima “Evolve+” Water Filter Cartridges (12-pack) — they fit seamlessly into my jug, were super easy to install, and the difference in water taste was noticeable right away. What I loved: Clear instructions, quick installation and a secure fit. My drinks taste fresher, and I feel confident that the water is cleaner. A 12-pack is great value and means fewer trips to replace cartridges. Compatible with my existing jug and seems to be doing a good job so far.

Better than the originals. At least as good limescale removal (maybe better) and faster flow rate. The fit looks odd, but don't let that put you off, they work really well.

Meglio del originale ebbene si! Il sapore dell'acqua è decisamente migliore rispetto al filtro originale BRITA. Ho una MARELLA XL BRITA i filtri ACQUA OPTIMA EVOLVE+ sono perfettamente compatibili, vero pure che impiega meno tempo a filtrare ma la cosa più sorprendente è il gusto decisamente migliore rispetto all'originale dato insieme con MARELLA BRITA al momento dell'acquisto. Sono sorpreso piacevolmente, poi visto la certificazione NSF anche per pesticidi, metalli pesanti e PFAS e non meno il costo decisamente inferiore agli originali, non posso che consigliarne l'uso e l'acquisto! Ho preso la confezione da 12 da stare a posto per tutto l'anno e molto conveniente, perfettamente compatibile con le caraffe BRITA.
