I really like this roller. I have bought 2 so that I couid have one at home and one at my parents’ house which I travel to frequently. Both have worked great and I have had both for over a year with no problems other than one of the lights went out that shows what vibration level I’m on, but that isn’t a big deal to me. The feature I LOVE is that there is a 10 minute timer built in which is the perfect amount of time to get a decent stretch in. When I commit to 10 minutes per day for at least 5 days in a row, I feel a huge difference in my body. I feel more relaxed and flexible. I feel like it improves my mood a bit too because my body feels good. It has gotten me into the habit of telling everyone I talk to about fitness “get into a daily stretching routine! You’ll notice a difference!” Ive used non-vibrating rollers and spiked rollers. Those are good too, but the vibrations with a timer has helped me stick to it and I feel I get better muscle relief from the vibrations. This is one of my favorite fitness products because I actually use it!!

I have had the Vulken Vibrating Foam Roller for a few weeks now, and it is by far the best roller I have used. I use it before and after my intramural basketball and volleyball games, and It has helped me warm up so much better than when I was using my old regular one. I have always been very stiff, especially in the mornings, so I start each day by rolling out too. There are multiple settings for the vibration intensity, which is great because I prefer the lower intensity on my back, and the highest on my legs. The charge lasts a lot longer than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise, and it came with a nice carrying case which helps with transportation to and from the gym. From a cost standpoint, this is absolutely worth the money. There are a lot of very expensive rollers out there, but this one does the trick without breaking the bank too bad, which is perfect for a college student like me. Research has shown the benefits of using vibrating rollers, and if you are looking for a a roller that will really dig in and massage your muscles for a faster recovery, the Vulken roller is the way to go!

Arrived the next day. Charged it up and I use it 2 or 3 times daily. I am an athlete in training and this vibrating massage roller does wonders for relieving my intense muscle tension created during workouts. I have another 12" vibrating roller, but have always wanted it to be longer enough for me to grab with one hand to manipulate its placement to massage one specific hard to target area or another. This 17" design provides just exactly the additional area I need to grab hold of it, whitest it is vibrating, to be able to move it precisely to massage tight muscles in my neck, back, shoulders. This 17" model has speeds 1, 2, and 3 increasing in small increments. Therefore I use it on all of the first 3 speeds at different times in different places after different types of workouts. The manufacturer enclosed a 30% off coupon and added an additional one year warranty to the sale for responding with this written review. Not a problem. I am truly pleased with the performance, design, and strength of this well constructed and extremely well thought out product.

I am recovering from a major knee injury and this roller is working well to help ease my tight leg muscles. This roller has 4 different speeds, in which I liked the 1st - 3rd speed options the best. The 4th level was too intense, but may be good for someone without an injury. The roller is easy to use, feels durable, and is smaller then the Amazon roller I had used previously. I have not tried more expensive models of a vibrating roller but it does a great job for the price point.

I like this roller because its size is suitable for massaging a larger area. For example, it can cover all my lower back areas at one time. It is also comfortable for me to use it on my calf and my quadriceps after doing cardio. The 4-speed setting is good for not creating too strong stimulation for you in the beginning and provides you a chance to adjust according to your physical response. Although the strongest vibration level is not as strong as other brands with a higher price, I have a massage gun that allows me to focus on a certain area that really needs stronger vibration. This roller definitely supports me to relax for general use after doing cardio, doing sports, or before sleeping.

I absolutely love this product! I had tried a friends roller similar to this and the price of the roller was over my budget. So I did some research and found the Vulken. The Vulken roller works just the same or better than the higher priced rollers. I love the different speeds and the length of the roller makes easy to use for more areas of your legs. I am a runner and my feet and legs need constant rolling. The vibration of the roller makes it easier to roll. You can just sit still and let it work on your muscle pain. The roller charges quickly and is easy to travel with. I took it on a girls running trip and after four people tried it two went out and bought it and the other two have it on their Christmas lists. If you hate to roll your legs get this product and you will love it and your legs will too!

Worked great till it hardly works or won’t turn on! I’m extremely fair when it comes to reviews, I really sit and think like is it something that is out of their control or is it a common problem that hasn’t been addressed?? I purchased this back in July and this is something that we use on a daily basis. It used to work for 10 minutes now it works a couple of minutes. After so many times of repetitively pressing the button sometimes it just won’t turn on. Also there’s 4 spots where it looks like part of the foam is melting as there are craters in the foam roller now. Clearly, since I’m well outside of the return timeframe, ive sent several emails to the company and they have yet to respond. I attempted to call their phone number and they tell you to send them an email. What crap!! If this was like $20 sure no biggie but an $80 item that craps out after 6 months no thanks! I’d be satisfied with them sending me a replacement and me sending this other one back as this item should last a lot longer than six months, I would even update my review. Frustrated customer & DO NOT RECOMMEND! And I hardly write bad reviews…

The roller itself is made of very rigid foam. Unlike some other rollers I have tried in the past, it does not give or squish under my body weight. I have a back problem that causes my vertebrae to jut out and it is too hard for me. in fact, when I have used it on my back, I roll very gently and not for too long, as opposed to my other roller which I can use more easily. I assume that for people with normal backs it would feel pretty good, but it's a little too hard for a sensitive back. However, I have also been using it for my legs after running and that feels good. The roller has 4 settings, three with consistent vibration and one that oscillates. All four of them are very powerful. If you turn the roller on without holding it, it will start to sputter around on the floor.

No UK adapter included when this is shipped to the UK. Poor service for the price.

Just got this little gem in the mail a couple of day ago. Used it after a hard training session on the squash court and weight room as well as pre-warm up stretch before a match. The roller is on the hard end of rollers that I own and tried. It has 4 vibration setting to suit your comfort, soft, med, pulse strong and steady strong. To be honest I didn't know what to expect using the Vulken roller. I found that it was great to work out many of the kinks in the legs and breaking up the knots in my lower back. As a recovery tool, I have always used a foam roller, but the addition of vibration is kinda a game changer for me. It's super soothing for tired achy muscles and I did find that it helped to reduce soreness the following day. I don't know if it was because I stayed on the roller extra long to take in the massage, but none the less was effective. As a warm up tool I found the Vulken to aid in increasing circulation and movement in my legs and core area before stepping on court. I generally use the max setting and occasionally the pulsing setting as I find the first two settings not strong enough for me. It was a wonderful pre-game additional to my warm up routine. Its super relaxing just laying on it as it is able to message very specific areas of the body which a message chair can't. Its a little on the pricey side for a form roller but worth it for those who are serious about recovery and maintenance of their body it's a great little tool to have in your training arsenal.

Everything's fine apart from there's no adapter to fit the plug inside, which in the instructions it states it's included.

As an athlete, I'm all about recovery and am continually looking for new ways to achieve that goal. Foam rolling has already been a big part of my daily routine for a while now but Vulken's vibrating roller has definitely stepped up the effectiveness. In the past I've predominantly used foam rollers on my back because I've never found them to be very helpful on my calves until trying this one. The vibration definitely adds that missing component. This foam roller has a large diameter and is quite firm; both traits that I prefer as they add to the ease of use and effectiveness. Overall I am very pleased with this product and grateful that it came pre-charged so I could use it immediately.
