Technically, it will still work, and the functions you set will be stored in the keyboard. You can change the computer at will.

If i buy 2 will the software recognize them as device A and device B so i can program differently or will they sync rendering the 2nd one useless?

I haven't tested yet, but I believe they will be registered separately? The Sayo Device application basically searches for the USB and then allows you to connect to it through a web interface to program it. I suspect two devices will register separate HID's and therefore ought to show up as different devices in the Sayo device programming application. I will be buying another soon but perhaps someone else can confirm, I just believe the answer is yes.

how do you import/export/backup your settings? I do not see that as an option.

There is a backup option in the windows software. Choose backup, then what to backup and press the check icon. Make sure your in backup and not restore mode under "state". I don't use the web version so I can't say if it can do it or not.
