Creamy and fluffy grits.
These grits were among the best I've ever used. I used the cooking method recommended on the bag and they turned out perfectly. I made a batch large enough for 30 people with the one bag and everyone at the party loved them. I will absolutely be buying these again.

Good Grits Poorly Packaged
It's not often that a product's packaging is a deal-breaker, but unfortunately that's the case here. The grits themselves are good, quite creamy in fact, but the paper bag containing them was secured with a metal ring that was a bear to remove--and then couldn't be reused to close the bag without the use of pliers. in addition, there was no inner liner. Other grits I've purchased generally have a plastic inner liner with a twist tie and then some butcher's twine to cinch up the outer paper bag. We live in the tropics and the humidity would make short work of these grits. As I said, the grits were good and creamy and I suspect they were more finely milled than what I'm accustomed to. However,I won't buy this brand again due to the poor packaging. These will have to live in our freezer in a zip-lok bag until we've used them up.

Good grits but way overpriced
These grits are way overpriced but it was worth it since every store I go to doesn't have them. They are good. I love the creamy texture and the tad touch of sweetness these have compared to white grits. The only reason for the 4 store review is because of the price. I'll keep looking in the stores so I can get them at a reasonable price. I know they're out there but I like to stick to my usual places.

if you want good grits this is a good deal and tastes great
like all grits ignore instructions 1/4 cup of grits per cup of water and add milk in as it thickens if u want creamy grits takes about 15min to cook on medium
