Love this stuff. There have been times when I have run out, and I swear my heart knows the difference. I am pretty loyal to another line of supplements, but these life extension products are nice. In addition to this CoQ10 I use their macular formula, and it is equally nice.

Great supplement with a wide array of benefits. Capsules are small and tasteless. I really like the Life Extension bottles- not twist off caps like most. Not a big deal to most, but when you take a lot of supplements the details matter!:)

Easy to Take and a Good Addition to My Routine
I’ve been taking this for a while and have been very happy with it. The softgels are easy to swallow, have no unpleasant taste, and I haven’t had any issues with leaking. It was recommended to me as something to try for vertigo, and while I can’t say for sure what’s responsible, I’ve noticed some improvement since adding it to my routine. I also take it along with magnesium L-threonate, and the combination has worked well for me. Overall, it’s convenient for daily use and feels like a high-quality supplement.
