is this better than the one form B-12? how do we know which forms we need? so many choices

In know its hard to navigate all the choices! My nutrition doc recommend this type. I really like them because they melt in your mouth super easy to take. When I first started taking B-12 it gave me so much energy! I couldn't believe it, like I was drinking an extra cup of of coffee! I personally would highly recommend this B-12.
