Light Is Worth It.
I bought two of these so I could add more light to the photography I do as a hobbyist, and they work quite well. There's a warm and cool light setting which helps the versatility of use. The lights get quite bright, and they hold a charge for a long time which is helpful. If you are lacking in decent lighting for your photography I would definitely start with these for casual use.

Small but mighty
Small but mighty! This light is super portable, and it instantly makes my photos and videos look professional. The adjustable brightness and color options are a game-changer—can’t believe how much of a difference such a compact light makes!

Worth it!!
I say 4 stars. It's light weight, easy to use, has good lighting, different shades n brightness settings. I love the spin wheel at the back.Only down side is it's plastic n the mounting part feels cheap. I always treat it with extreme care because I'm scared it'll break off. But since I always have duct tape n super glue gel, if it does happen I'll be ready.Battery life last me about 1hour plus but then again I never have it on max brightness.Great for my DSLR camera, or my home webcam setup that I use for zoom meetings. As long as your careful with it n use the lock feature I feel it's durable enough. It gets the job done especially if you are on a budget. I do like the fact that you attach additional lights to it if you purchase more than one or plan to in the future.Highly recommend it if you are on a budget#PajamaCrew Must Try!

Small Rig Set-Up
Bought this for my bro thinking he was going to start at YouTube channel. He said he loved the quality, brightness, ease of use and the compatibility with his small rig set-up. Turned out YouTube was only the idea but OF was his calling. May Allah forgive me, if I had a hand in this (pause).

The Light Quality is Great, But the Build Feels Worryingly Cheap
I was really excited to get the SmallRig P96 light. I needed a small, portable light for my camera setup, and the features looked perfect. While the light itself performs well, I'm unfortunately very disappointed with the physical quality of the product. What It Does Right: The LightLet's start with the positives. The light output is fantastic. With 96 LEDs, a high CRI of 95+, and the ability to adjust the color temperature from a warm 2700K to a cool 6500K, it produces beautiful, natural-looking light. The brightness control is smooth, and it gets plenty bright for my needs in vlogging and food photography. The 2200mAh battery is also decent, giving me enough power for a typical shoot, and charging via USB-C is convenient. The design is also smart, with three cold shoe mounts that let you stack lights or add other accessories, which is a very handy feature.Where It Falls Short: The BodyMy main issue, and it's a big one, is the build quality. The entire unit is made of a plastic that feels incredibly lightweight and fragile. It does not feel like a premium product at all. The control dial for adjusting brightness and temperature feels flimsy, and honestly, I'm worried that it wouldn't survive a small drop. For a piece of gear that's meant to be "portable" and used with cameras, tripods, and other equipment, it feels weak and cheaply made. It gives me the impression that it was built to a price point, and durability was not a priority.Final VerdictIt's a mixed bag. Functionally, the SmallRig P96 does exactly what it promises. The light is versatile and high quality. However, the poor construction makes me question its longevity. If you plan to use this exclusively in a protected studio environment, it might be a good budget option. But if you're a creator who needs durable, reliable gear for travel and on-the-go shooting, I would be hesitant to recommend this. The great light performance is sadly let down by a body that feels like it could break at any moment.

Perfect for Podcasting
The media could not be loaded. I thought that the lights had a problem with charging, but you must use the cable that comes with them. Newer faster charging cables will not work on these lights. Other than that these lights are fantastic just like every other item I've received from this company I have always received the best.

REALLY A GOOD PRODUCT!!!
I need to change my review. I was about to throw it away, but once I charged the light, it didn't work, and then I realized the charger cable wasn't fully connected. After reconnecting it, the battery finally charged and is working properly. It was my mistake. I'm sorry.Mistaken review - I bought this light a little over 3 months ago. Believe it or not, I've only used it about 4 times at home to record with my Osmo 3, along with another, even cheaper, light I bought from Temu. Yesterday, I tried using the SmallRig light, and it didn't work. I tried charging it, thinking it was a battery, but that wasn't the problem. It simply stopped working. Meanwhile, the cheap Temu light continues to work perfectly. I will never buy SmallRig products again.
