Love it! Perfect for a 5 year old!

Perfect for my 8 year old son. He can sit properly now. He was playing on an adult chair and it was causing him a lot of discomfort. While using the adult gaming chair he couldn’t sit with his back touching the backrest and touch his feet on the floor. If he sat like that it would hurt his legs and make him bend his knees and have his feet on the seat. Playing in that position for too long every time he plays caused his knees to hurt. This chair has the perfect size seat length and seat height. The cushions are decent and the setup took me 5 minutes. It came with the tool and hardware. He loves it and it makes me happy to see him comfortable playing his game

Currently sitting in the chair in question while writing this review, triumphant over my former struggles of chairlessness. Now, I'm the kind of man who actually enjoys putting together flat-pack furniture. Probably due to a childhood struggle with low self-esteem and a burning need to succeed. This was by far the smoothest assembly I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Everything slipped right together with only the included hardware - absolutely no need for a sledgehammer or chainsaw! The chair parts and assembly hardware are very clearly-marked. That made assembly a breeze. No bloodied knuckles or profanity involved in the process. My wife and I didn't even have a nuclear-grade relationship fallout while putting it together! I especially liked that they included a little section of hardware marked as spare parts just in case. The casters and hydraulic assembly are made of a combination of durable metal and thick plastic - far from the flimsy disappointment I'm used to experiencing while building flat-pack furniture. Long story short, chair was fun to put together and surprisingly comfy and durable for the price. Definitely will keep this brand in mind for future purchases.

This is a small chair. Not for adults or teens. Young children only. I got this for my 7 year old for Xmas bc he wanted a gaming chair. This was perfect for his size. Id say it will last him another year or maybe 2. I'd say good for 5-9, maybe 10 year olds. But after that it will be way to small for a young teen.....for my 7 year old though, its perfect and he loves it.

My 7YO some LOVES it. He feels like a YouTuber. He even tried to sleep in the first night. Very easy to put together. There was only one point where it would have been nice to have another set of hands, putting on the second arm, but I still managed. My only 2 complaints are that the chair isn't affixed to the base, so it will come off. Maybe not easily- my son was trying to take it down stairs- but it did come apart. Also, the adjusting mechanism doesn't seem to work, but I don't think that will be a big deal in our case.
