I purchased this dresser because it did not require any assembly. It's a good stout piece of furniture. The drawers are real smooth and a good useable size. It also looks nice in my office.

Absolutely beautiful, the delivery, man let me tell you. I leave my house at 6am to go to the gym and it was at my front door step 4 days early. Absolutely killed this delivery.

It took me a hot minute to get this. I bought the set from a major retailer but they didn’t have the tall boy available. I was thrilled when I found it here. It is taller than I expected, nearly as tall as the headboard without the posters. Came fully assembled, we just had to put the handles on the drawers. I gave it four stars because the drawers are much smaller than they appear. It feels like as big as this piece is, there should be more drawer space.

I bought 3 Zelen Warm Gray pieces and I've lazily copied my review from the two drawer night stand and just made a few edits -- but this is a real review and all the furniture is perfect after a few months of use... For the price and the declared materials of construction, I was expecting a mediocre piece of flat pack furniture that would show up banged up and broken. Then I expected a two month long fight to get a replacement or replacements parts. Then, of course, I expected that it would take an hour to assemble and that it would become structurally less stable every time it was moved to clean around it ... I've been down this road before, but who wants to spend $1000+ on a night stand from ABC? I'm just going to spill wine and candle wax all over it. OH MY, WAS I WRONG! This little beaut comes intact, well packed, pre-built and all you have to do is screw on the handles (handles are metal). It seems very sturdy. The veneer is an attractive gray and seems quite tough. Don't get me wrong, this is budget furniture, there's no solid wood here. But, it's just what I needed and I'm very happy I took a gamble on buying from this line of furniture on the net. Two thumbs up. This product is vastly superior to the flimsy and overpriced garbage they peddle at West Elm (I also don't fancy your chances of getting FREE SHIPPING from those muppets either).

Product arrived broken, the right wall got hit hard and broke (it weighs 70lbs, so I assume, the delivery guys have their challenge with it). Cheap tracks, drawers can be pulled out only to less than half their depth.

Amazon keeps sending "payment revision needed". My debit account used is the one I always use with no problem. Amazon cannot seem to fix the problem, so now I don't know if I'll get one or 2 or none. Way too much bother. If Ashley sees this and can send it direct, please notify me. It finally arrived and is perfect. What a pain in the neck but worth the hassle.

Great dresser, built well and matches my other furniture. It came fully assembled... I was confused about that when I bought it and thought it would need put together, which is what I needed. Struggled to get it inside and moved to its spot. I have no idea how 1 Amazon delivery driver got it up my porch steps by themselves!! But they did without damaging the dresser or my porch steps!!

Came damaged. Was last piece of the set and was already unboxed. Put in an order with Ashley for replacement parts and they never came. Wish it wasn’t so difficult to buy furniture but seems 90% of the time they come damaged.

I ordered a matching bed frame from the Ashley Trinell line but for some reason the furniture store was unable to order this dresser. No worries! I found it on Amazon! I ignored the other reviewers about it arriving damaged and hoped for the best, because it is not easy to move during a pandemic and to get necessary furniture. It was poorly packaged. The back right corner was damaged. It seems like too much work to have to send it back and get another one especially if there’s no guarantee that the new one could also arrive damaged. I wish I could give it 5 stars because it arrived assembled and overall looks fantastic aside from that top back corner. Yeah it was heavy and I needed help to get it up the stairs, but it is sturdy and exactly what I needed for the space I have.
