Umami
Legit umeboshi. I love ramen and a squirt of this really takes my homemade noodles up a notch. Also use it on rice for a nice little flavor addition. Nice quantity for the price and the packaging is genius.

I like the taste and it will pair perfectly with rice. I would highly recommend the product. can’t wait to use it in a dressing.

Authentic Umeboshi Paste!
It's handy to mix with cooked rice! Don't use too much because it's salty. I enjoy freshly cooked rice which is lightly salted with the aroma of Umeboshi. This product is pricey, but has the worth.

Tastes like the umeboshi I've had before. Cute pouch, though will be annoyed later in getting the last bit out of it. Not much to say though. It is what the product says it it.

Don't buy it...
Awful, extremely salty taste. I went to Japan and tried actual umeboshi and there was no similarity. Do not buy this, I beg you 🙏

Pure, great quality
Pure and simple. I love that this just has two ingredients: ume and salt. It's got a clean, strong, perfect flavor.
