Did you know this stuff helps with motion sickness?! My uncle, who’s in the medical profession, turns me onto this. Apparently this is something our body makes naturally, but if we have low amounts of it, we can get motion sick easier. Generally, I have to take two motion, sick pills every six hours on a cruise. I tried this out and was able to take a one week cruise by taking two of these three times a day! They work for my teenager daughter as well and she gets more motion sick than I do. They work amazing, I don’t get that sleepiness like I do with other emotion, sick pills, there’s no aftertaste and it doesn’t affect my mood like motion sick pills do either.

Initially when I used this product, I took just one pill. The serving size is 2. I was pretty calm when I tested it. Therefore did not notice anything. I tested it again later a couple of times, an hour or two before an app that made me anxious (took 2 pills each time). Not sure if it's the placebo effect but felt that my anxiety decreased. I purchased the Pharma GABA because I was taken off my SSRI by my doctor a year ago and was told to find an alternative. My after several sleepless nights and days with knots in my stomach (from anxiety), my daughter suggested a natural alternative and suggested Pharma GABA. A low dose (100 mg) seemed to ease my anxiety and this was the first time that I slept throughout the night. I have only been using the medication for two week, so I have not noticed any side effect. The directions are clear and helpful. I would buy this product again.

I’m a terrible insomniac and someone recommended I try this. It does help with one aspect of sleep. When I wake up in the middle of the night I sometimes ruminate about mistakes I’ve made and these thoughts make it hard to go back to sleep. Of course, the minute the sun comes up these thoughts go away but then it’s too late to sleep. Parma GABA seems to dull the negative emotions so I don’t head down the rabbit hole of thinking over and over again about negative events. The first time I took one it was during the daytime and it made me feel dull and a little spacey. But I can take one at bedtime and it doesn’t make me sleep but it just slightly dulls the negative thoughts. It doesn’t fix insomnia. It just helps with that one aspect.

It does calm your mind. Helps me sleep at night.

GABA was recommended to me by Mental Health Practitioner years ago. I like this supplement, I do feel more relaxed & focused without feeling “drowsy “. Safe with other medications. But always check with your health care provider first 🙂!
