How often should I use this on my Ficus plant?

Only used once in a month but will spray all indoor plants outdoors b4 bringing back into house for winter then planning to spray indoors every 10-14 days but will watch for need to increase.

Do I need to mix it with water?

I think it stated that it is ready to use just shake it up to mix every time you use it.
