Great item. and it is def Recommended for active Lifestyles and wanting/needing something that you can feel the effects that relax and help sooth soreness or fatigueless

It smells very calming and taste like camomile lavender tea with hints of sweetness. It’s not overly sweet so it’s perfect for night time but still curb post-dinner sweet tooth . The color is gorgeous blue with no artificial coloring at all. Just blue spirulina. I add this to frozen banana to make blue smoothie. The only thing I don’t like is kinda gritty if mix with water. It makes it hard to drink the last bit. Mix with smoothie is fine tho so I recommend to mix with something thicker.

This really helps me sleep. I have been dealing with insomnia and I thought I would try this out. It truly does help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I mix mine in one of those blender ball shakers (the kind you use for protein shakes). I personally like the taste. I saw some complain about the texture. I shake it up really well in my blender ball shaker and don’t have any issues with texture personally.

It knocks me out and I can sleep but next day I have a headache. It also has worm like beading that looks disgusting. Better if you make it to a popsicle and eat it the next day. It is also cloying sweet.

I absolutely love this stuff. And it lasts a long time. I add a small teaspoon to my lavender and reishi mushroom tea with a touch of honey before bed. Helps to calm down my mental body so the physical body can prepare for bed. 1 jar will definitely last for 2 months. I find it that if you drink this every 3rd evening seems to work best. To much all the time the body becomes immune to it. Meaning you don't feel the effects as much when you enjoy a cup once every 3rd evening. Definitely will be something that will be part of my liquid supplement regime.

I really like four sigmatics other products like the teas and coffees, so I felt confident I’d like this! Now I’ve had some pretty bad greens products in the past that tasted a little… like dirt. Not here! I liked the light lavender taste, and how it dissolves well in water. This would probably taste really good added to a berry smoothie too!

There is nothing wrong with it. I think it’s probably just not what I expected. There is really not much of any taste, including the blueberry and lavender. I will be curious to see if it helps calmness. It’s easy to use. I used a glass shaker jar with ice in it. This is one of those things everyone might have a different opinion on.

Absolutely not a good taste. Feel the need to plug my nose to try to get it down. And it's not returnable so out the money. Quite dissapointed and frustrated. I would not recommend.
