Kids Prints Lunchbox - Stainless Steel - Unicorn

The stainless steel part of the received product has a large scratch, and the outer packaging box is also severely damaged. It appears that a returned item was sent out again. This product is not in a sellable condition and will be discarded. Replacement option is not exhist so need to return and buy again.

I was very excited to receive this product, after searching and reading for hours this was a brand that offered verified quality and safety, the first disappointment was when I took it out of the packaging, the size is so big that it wouldn't even fit in a lunchbox and extremely heavy for a little one in kindergarten, also a little complicated to open because the silicone compacts with the aluminum so you need to apply a lot of force to release it, and it is also complicated to close because you have to make sure you raise the lid before lowering it, too much for small children, the worst thing is that I paid $ 60 for this lunchbox and I received something that looks used, it is stained and although it is said to be stainless steel it has rust marks, really disappointed, I am returning it.

Disappointing that print is coming off and only 3 weeks into the school year. My daughter also lost the insert on the second day. Found it pretty obnoxious they don’t sell replacements. It’s a unique size so nothing else really fits, I even reached out to support and they don’t offer it. I also reached out about the design, will update once I hear back, but I hope for some resolution. Other than that we really liked it. Does not link and like the proportions.

The hinge on the back came detached after less than one year of gentle use. Overall it’s still in good shape but this makes the lunch box unusable- not what I’d expected in a product of this price/alleged caliber. I’ve reached out to them and will update if the company does anything about it.
