When purchasing supplements look on the back information and find the percentage daily value. These items are often deceptive. It will say that it has 500 mg and you look on the back and see that it only has 34% of the daily value. Looking on the back is really the only way you can tell how much you're actually getting.

Less leg discomfort
My brother suggested I try this product. I'm glad I tried it. I have neuropathy and I have RLS. I also must have been lacking magnesium. Since I started taking this supplement, my neuropathy and RLS symptoms have become less intense. My legs no longer cramp during the night. I'm not sure how this has come to be, but I sure am thankful for the relief.
