This product is used (second Hand ), on the book some one who used it earlier wrote some name / their identity even the book served our purpose, at least the seller has to communicate that the product is reselling product

WORST Quality of product delivered. New condition but damaged book, looks liked handled roughly during shipment, transport and delivery stages. Need immediate replacement with fresh brand new copy. Or 100% refund immediately.

Forst of all the delivery is on time and the package is quite good packed. The book is very good and simple language for higher studies

The mindtap Access code is not working
The access code they are saying either the code is wrong or someone else have used before. I am not sure if it is the actual edition or some duplicate book 😥 And also book pages and binding r bad. It's not satisfied at all.
