If bought in the UK, would it still work on holiday to America?

I used it in other countries within Europe and it worked.

Can this device be linked to 2 phones?

It works through an app so aslong as you share the login details you can have it on as many phones as you'd like. We have it on 4 depending if the kids are with us or grandparents

Can i use the three network sim?

Yes. We got my daughter an o2 sim as better signal in our area. Still have to subscribe to get the xplora app on your phone though.

SIM card not working been on to customer support and they don’t reply going round in circles any advice

I had the same problem with this watch, I ended up sending it back & ordering the xgo 5. Which network is the sim on? I got a gifgaf 1 & works perfectly in the 5. I also prefer the 5 as the camera quality is better
