A wonderful guilt free salty snack! They are messy to eat with little fragments often breaking off, but so worth it!

If you like seaweed, I’ve found these to be the best — better ingredients, great taste, crisp (and a better value than the small boxes of the same brand). Appreciate that they are made with avocado oil (monounsaturated, more stable, and lower omega 6 to 3 ratio) versus vegetable/seed oils (polyunsaturated, more prone to oxidation, much higher omega 6 to 3 ratio). I just pull out a sheet and fold it in half a few times and they break up easily into the smaller squares. If you buy a case of the large sheets, they come in a nice sturdy box so you don’t have to worry about breakage during shipping. Once open, there’s not much spare package length to fold over and clip, but placing the whole bag into a larger ziplock bag works great to keep fresh (the gallon size ziplock falls a bit short in length if you don’t want to fold the seaweed so it will require a larger ziplock). Also a great source of dietary iodine to support the thyroid.

These sheets are 8 x 11, and therefore, an extreme value. They didn't say that upon ordering but it's true, as far as tasting great and fresh, they're excellent as a snack too

I love these and like to eat them daily but I just purchased in Oct 2024 for $33.99 and now in Feb 2025, they are $50?? What has been done to these to make them go up $16 in a few months? This price gouging from amazon is insane.

I believe these to be a healthier snack alternative with just 3 ingredients, compared to the many ultra-processed options out there. I love the crispy/crunchy texture of roasted seaweed, and am so glad they use avocado oil. I like these big sheets more compared to the single packs, since this uses less plastic and does not package with the single-use solid plastic containers.

They are huge, exciting for kids as a very healthy snack, and a great value. Delicious and tastes exactly like the smaller avocado oil seaweed packages but those sometimes are stale and these aren’t. Most importantly, seed oil free!
