Melting On Exhaust
I wrapped it on my new exhaust for my car. I have an 87 Fiero GT and the engine compartment gets really hot how I thought it would help reduce some of the heat soak from the cross over pipe. As soon as I turned on the engine to let it run to check for exhaust leaks it started smoking and melting on my exhaust. In the end I had to cut it all off.

I like the wrap. I hate the worthless little metal bands to hold it tight. I also don't like having to buy a spray in order to maintain the color. Went on easy and very itchy

Works great and good price.
Worked great for my project. Helps a small amount with noise but its designed for heat. Which is does do nicely. Just be careful it will make you itchy without gloves and sleeves on. It has now been on my work truck for 3 years now and still durable. Looks like when I put it on but really dirty.
