Quality seemed good, but the device tripped the home power as it is rated for 120V as per the device and not 240V as mentioned in the advert.Did not try using a converter. It is however rated at 1200W so if you need a converter, be careful to select the correct power

Knocking 2 stars off bc after 2 years the plastic connection to the pink metal frame is busted.** Updating my review because I have since re purchased this steam mop and still love it. No issue so far and after my first review the level of customer service and immediate response received was awesome.Definitely recommend this steam mop as it has attachments for everything. Cleans my vinyl plank floors super well as well as my tile and glass shower. Light weight, heats up fast easy to use.

WOW! That’s honestly the best way to describe this amazing steam mop. I was so impressed that I immediately ordered a second one for my daughter-in-law.My floors have never looked cleaner, and I love how versatile this machine is. I’ve even used it to clean my bedroom walls, and it worked beautifully. The variety of attachments is fantastic—each one is useful and actually does what it’s supposed to do, which isn’t always the case with multi-purpose cleaners.I’ve owned other steamers in the past, but this one is by far the best I’ve ever used. It heats quickly, cleans thoroughly, and makes tough jobs so much easier.Next up, I’m planning to tackle the inside of my oven with it—I’ll definitely be updating with photos once that’s done!Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a powerful, all-in-one cleaning solution.

My list of qualities for this product :1)light weight like ridiculously light2)comes with everything you need to clean your entire house3)it's chemical free!4)it cleans like nothing I've ever seen b45)it's super simple and easy to use6) it doesn't soak your floors it's like the perfect amount of water for the jobCons:1) there's nothing to wrap up the cord around and only has a velcro strap to put around the cord once it's wrapped ( i just wrap the cord around the machine and then use the velcor to attach it to the handle so it's not all over the place2) the cord could be longer but it's also not short either3)smaller water tank but does my entire main floor and walls without running out of waterTHIS IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST AMAZING ITEM I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!!!! LIKE IF YOUR HESITATING ON GETTING THIS DO IT!!! It's mind blowing🤯 how clean things come I've been struggling with my floors in my rental no matter what I did they where still filthy like so bad that if you walked around barefoot your feet would be black as black can be within 2 hrs like it was BAD😬 I used this mop ONE TIME🤯🤯 on those floors and they are absolutely SPOTLESS LIKE I TOOK A WHITE WET RAG TO THE FLOOR AFTER TO SEE HOW MUCH DIRT WAS LEFT AND IF I NEEDED TO DO IT A SECOND TIME BUT IT CAME BACK WHITE! like I can't stress enough how hard it's been to get those floors clean! But with this steam mop I didn't even have to scrub or put any sort of pressure on it to clean the floors!! Like I was so shocked at the difference in my home that I started crying 1 bc I've worked so hard of those floors when I could have had this steam mop but at least I have it how!
