There is a black button on the bottom left of the vent, push the button to adjust the size of the vent for ventilation

Can I use it for an outdoor fireplace ?

I'm not exactly sure, I purchased it as a gift and they are using it for pizza. Not sure what long-term burning would do to it. Maybe ask the seller. They are good at getting back to you.

Can you cook anything else in this oven besides pizza?
