Works fantastic and with MINIPIX!!!!!!
Would give it 6 stars if I could! Works great! IT WILL WORK WITH MINIPIX 1.2 for the minipix the telemetry end of the cable the connector needs changing to fit and wires need to be reconfigured to match. Was working 5 mins after I opened the package. Instructions are available with "Rufus" ....Just ask nicely. ๐ Does work on phone with Mission planner for Android. Will be doing range/field testing next week. ...... I am in heaven !!!.... for those whom it fails to connect (pair) should know the base station has to be connected first to the laptop....then connect the one on the plane. It is in the instructions listed here, but they don't make a big deal out of it...... It is important. That it be done in this sequence.

No instructions, Wrong pin-out Labeling & Waffle stomps (Brown outs.)
Works? But not really? Sorta? Was a major pain trying to figure out just getting to computer to recognize it. Not helpful that 0 instructions or any leads exist. Even once I got the computer to recognize it missions planner was missing data packets. Turns out the TX/RX pinouts are labeled backwards! No I'm not kidding! And yes I wired it currectly! Anyways I'm glad it wasn't positive and ground that were switched. Well now it's workes. For 3min before it draws to much power and browns out. So I had to turn the data rate wayyy down. Now it's just slow and crappy.

Works well
Works great for what it is. I've gotten several hundred meters with the provided antennas through the treetops. Direct line of sight I'd imagine at least half a km. At the listed 20dbm, should be plenty of room for directional antennas too. To use with Mission Planner and Windows 10, you need to download the silabs cp210x universal windows driver. Once that's installed, Mission Planner recognizes it just fine, and it connects without issue. Plugs in and works fine with the orange cube too (pixhawk 2.1)

Great tech, kinda sketchy wrap on drone module
Plugged in to macOS (Monterey) / QGroundControl setup and was instantly recognized. Yet to fly with it (plan on this weekend), but initial setup couldn't have been easier. Haven't gotten it working on an iPad yet - jury is still out. One star lost due to simple heat-shrink wrap around circuit boards rather than an actual hard plastic cases.

Works Like a Champ
Was surprisingly easy to setup. I took the remote unit out of the case, just so I could mount it very close to the arm. I was able to get it to work with both my laptop and my older android tablet without ant trouble. The antennas are actually 915 mhz antennas, not cheaper 2.4 ghz antenna like many sellers ship which don't work as well. Highly recommend.

Buy as many of them as you want. They still wont work
First one didn't pair with itself. second one didn't pair with itself. third one paired with itself, and is unrecognizable to the PC. This is not a radio telemetry kit. This is a week of headache before you just end up returning it anyway.

Perfect for apm2.8 flight controller
Perfect for apm2.8 flight controller. I tested this with my laptop ground station and it connected fine to my flight controller with GPS. I was able to see my location on the map. Great product and price. Make sure you change the default connection settings to match what i have in the picture.

Took 2 weeks to get it to work
The radios would show solid green (good pairing) but they would not connect properly with Mission Planner. One of every twenty connection attempts work work, and then only for a few seconds. Tried 1) reflashing the radios, 2) updating windows drivers and 3) using APMPlanner and QGroundControl instead of Mission Planner. Nothing helped. Then I swapped out the long antenna on the PC radio for one that was about the same size as the drone radio antenna. Suddenly everything started working! Was going to rate this product at 1 star but switched it to 2 because it works now. Learned a lot about SiK radios while troubleshooting but I would have been happier if they worked right off the bat.

Not reliable
Not reliable, it disconnect lonely continuously. I recommend to consider different reliable solution. I wasted my money and time waiting for it, then it did not meet expectations.
