I’ve been using the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer & Volumiser (Teal edition) for over a year now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best hair tools I’ve ever owned. For context, I have type 3–4 curls, so my hair is naturally very textured, prone to frizz, and usually takes a lot of effort (and multiple tools) to straighten and smooth out. Most blow dry routines either take forever or leave my hair feeling dry and puffy. This completely changed that. From the very first use, I noticed how much quicker everything became. I can go from wet/damp hair to a smooth, straight, blowout style finish in one step 20 minutes at max. No separate round brush, no juggling a dryer in one hand and a brush in the other. It genuinely cuts my styling time in half (sometimes more), which makes a huge difference on busy days. What really impressed me is how well it handles my curl type. It doesn’t just “flatten” my hair it actually smooths it out while keeping a bit of body and movement, so it doesn’t look overly stiff or overly heat damaged. My roots get lift, my ends don’t feel fried, and the overall finish looks like I’ve been to a salon blowout appointment. Frizz control is another big win. My hair usually frizzes up quite easily, especially around the crown, but this tool helps keep everything much more controlled and polished. I also find that my hair stays straighter for longer compared to traditional blow drying methods. After a year of use, it’s still going strong no loss of heat performance, bristles still intact, and it hasn’t felt like it’s 'worn out' with time. I use it regularly and it’s held up really well. It does get quite warm (as expected), so I always use heat protection, and I wouldn’t necessarily use it every single day just to avoid unnecessary heat exposure. But for styling days, it’s unbeatable for speed and results. Overall, if you have thick, curly, or hard to manage hair and you want a quick way to get a smooth blowout look without needing salon skills, this is absolutely worth it. It’s one of those tools that actually lives up to the hype. Absolute value for money.

Blown away (no pun intended!) with this revlon one step hairdryer! I have very long, thick hair that always takes an age to dry & never looks anything like a professional blow dry when I've struggled with it myself. Have just used this for the 1st time & it is a revelation. My hair is wonderfully sleek with lots of body & shape & does NOT need straightening to smooth out the kinks (as is my usual routine!). Would highly recommend!

This tool definitely delivers on the volume and finish. It makes my hair feel soft and is great at creating volume, achieving that smooth, sleek blow dry look which I love. However, I do have a few reservations and I think it's important to be careful when using it. I’ve noticed a slight increase in hair breakage since I started using this tool, so I’d strongly advise using a good heat protectant and light hand to minimise damage. A few other things to note: it is quite a bulky brush so it is hard to really get right down to the root to dry, especially at the back of my head. The drying process isn't super fast, particularly on thicker sections, and it’s also quite a loud tool to use. Overall, it’s brilliant for the smooth, volumised look it achieves, but be cautious with the heat and prepare for a louder, bulkier styling experience.

This is my 2nd purchase of this brush and I cannot be without it. I have an extremely expensive hairdryer and hairdryer brush with various attachments, but neither offer the volume and hold I get with this brush. It’s really easy to use, although I did feel the handle was a bit cumbersome at first. I find the bulkiness of the handle actually helps me get more tension and lift at the roots to get a smooth blow out finish. I use it on towel dried hair because the texture of my hair goes out of control if I let it air dry too much, however, once sectioned up, it takes around 15-20 mins to dry my mid length hair. I love the colour and am more than happy with the quality and guarantee you get. I managed to get this at around £30, which I would consider great value for money, use for use. I would recommend removing any loose hair, clearing the vents and wiping down with a damp cloth regularly, just to maintain the brush.

I actually own 3 of these. 1 for use in America and 2 in the UK. 1 is at my in-laws and the other at my home. I get a salon quality blowout from this quite easily. My hair is very thick and it also dries it quickly too. It’s a great value and saves me money when I want to wear my hair straight as it’s naturally wavy. It has multiple heat levels so you’re in control of the heat. As my hair is colour treated I don’t want it too hot where it’s damaging, but still need it to dry. I like the functionality options and how comfortable it is to use. It is quite possibly the best hair tool I’ve ever owned. I won’t travel without it, hence having 3.

I bought this after watching my friend using it and seeing how sleek and nicely styled her hair was afterwards. She highly recommended it. I was sceptical as my hair is not in the best condition through having bleached highlights, so my hair is a little dry and coarse, I have split ends and flyaway hair. I used it for the first time today after watching a couple of tutorials. I found it quite simple and straightforward to use and was extremely impressed with how smooth and soft my hair was after. My hair is quite thick but I only needed to use the medium heat/drying setting so my hair never felt hot or as though it was damaging. I had a nice volume blow dry style finish. Plus it was quite quick from start to finish, which is good as the brush does get a little bit heavy after a while, which I would say is probably the only slight negative. Looking forward to using it again next time to try out a different style! Get it, you won't regret it!

After years of avoiding drying my hair with a hairdryer due to the bizarre sensation it made my hand feel, this brush dryer has been brilliant so easy to use amazing value for money and I know have a blow dry in 15 minutes.

Heard so many great things and know it does wonders with everyone’s hair but for mine it wouldn’t play ball and leave my hair looking smooth etc as my hair is dry, frizzy, curly and fine. Sad it didn’t work for my hair as my family all use this and ditched their Dyson for this too and their hair all always looks amazing
