I've been fly fishing long enough to know that one of the most annoying parts of the day is figuring out where to put your rod. Whether you're changing flies, tying on new tippet, digging through your pack, taking pictures, or getting a hook out of a fish's mouth, laying your rod on the ground is usually asking for trouble. That's why I started using this belt clip. It keeps the rod up off the ground, right where I need it, and both of my hands stay free to work. It sounds like a simple idea, but after using it for a while, I found myself wondering why I waited so long to buy one. The slide-lock system holds the rod securely, and the 360-degree rotation lets me position it wherever it's most comfortable depending on what I'm doing. I was a little skeptical at first about whether it would actually stay put while hiking between spots, but it's held the rod securely without accidentally popping loose. It also works with both my fly rods and spinning setups, which is nice because I don't need separate holders for different styles of fishing. The construction feels solid. I've bumped it into rocks, brush, and the side of the truck more than once, and it hasn't cracked or loosened up. Once it's clipped onto my belt or wading belt, I barely notice it's there until I need it.

It looked good so I ordered it i didn't expect it to work as well as it does you can even adjust to have your, rod, tilt more up or down. Holds your rod in place it ain't going nowhere really awesome product i am going to order a couple more

The button is a little hard to press but this thing is super nice. Easy to switch over to your normal belt or just keep attached to a wading belt. Holds snug even without the lanyard. I get mad when I hit the water without it!

This works as it should. It is like having a 3rd hand while holding your rod while tying on a new fly. It looks a bit amateurish but it works well, so well they my fishing buddy saw me using mine while in BC Spey fishing that he wanted one.

This has been my most used piece of gear for fly fishing. Works for holding my net or rod.

Put on fishpond waterproof waist pack, very useful for wading can easily change lure and handle fish without having to set rod down. Super useful and recommended!

Really liked this for the 2 hours I had it. Unfortunately it popped off my belt in some fast moving water and is gone. Might try again if I can figure a more secure way to attach it.

作りや使用されている素材厚みなど外でハードに使うことを念頭にしていると思います。今まではロッドを脇差して作業をしたり、休憩したりしていましたが、これにより両手が空くのでクマに遭遇した時でも割とアドバンテージがあるかも知れません？私は8000円くらいで購入しましたが、その半分くらいの価格なら良いと思うし、取扱店舗がほぼないのでこちらで購入に至りました。優れものであることに変わりはありません。
