I like another user use this product in conjunction w/Co-Q 10 and resveratrol and then of course a lot of other vitamins and minerals, but this does seem to boost the efficacy of the other 2. I also have become aware that this product can help the aging brain and memory issues so I'm gonna keep taking it w/the other things I take as well because if it's true, I'd rather be safe than sorry! But it's easy to take and the price is very good and the folks at the company are quite helpful and very nice, which is great should you ever need to contact them. I pair this supplement with a large dose of resveratrol and a standard dosage for riboside niacinamide. The theory is that a protocol with these three products should have lastly benefits at the cellular level triggering a cascade of proteins that should rejuvenate my body's cells. I really don't know if this has happened but I feel great and the latest science suggests this should happen.

I always search for the size of the pill as I have problems swallowing some pills they get stuck. So far no issue. No flavor or smell. Recommend.

This is a great addition to resveratrol for anti-aging, indeed they synergize with each other to enhance each other's effectiveness. Note that both resveratrol and pterostilbene follow a hormetic curve, meaning they help in small to moderate doses but can backfire and are counterproductive as high doses. I think 150mg is at the high end, and 75mg may work better. Do some research to find out which dose is best for you.

I bought this because I was previously taking Basis which is Niagen plus Pterostilbene and decided to switch to TruNiagen since they hold the original patent for Niagen. However they don't bundle Pterostilbene so I needed to add it. Now I am paying less but getting more. Nice! What's especially interesting is that I took a Teloyears test that measures my telomeres, and after a year of taking Niagen and Pterostilbene my next Teloyears test showed my biological age was 5 years younger! Talk about anti-aging.
