Nice to not have to pay a subscription fee to store video
Have 4 of these mounted at each corner of my house. Video quality is fantastic, however, there is a delay in the sensors that are triggered from movement and often you only catch the end of someone or something in the video making some captures useless. Also, and this might be a setting I haven’t been able to find and adjust yet, it can be over sensitive, picking up slight movement of plants in the capture area when the wind blows or a spider walks across the lens. You can adjust the capture area but I found it can be hit or miss as to whether or not the video movement trigger stays within the area you set. For the most part it works pretty good. The advertised charging time to keep everything running is pretty spot on if you keep the solar panels in good sunlight. I’ve had these about 6+ months and they are staying charged. Only had one lose a charge for a while but once there was enough sunlight it came back online automatically. Cannot use WiFi 5, 6 or 7, you have to connect everything to a 2.4ghz band. But, with that said, 2.4 is plenty for these cameras and system. If WiFi goes out, so do your cameras. Overall, very satisfied with this system. Works great.

Overall good - but some of them will fail earlier then they should
When these work - they are great. But I have had a few cameras go bad on me within 1-2 years where the solar stops charging. It is not an issue with cloud coverage or dirt on the solar panel, it's a failure of the device. So build quality is an issue.

No more subscriptions
I jumped on the Wyze brand but after time they started nickeling and dime me with a subscription or added cost for AI features. Not just that there would be a flaw in one of the cameras. Eufy brings a great camera that has solar built in along with a 4K picture in the day and many AI features with local storage.. I only wish that it had color night vision. Night vision I believe is at 1040 or 2K.I don’t need to go over the specs as you can read it for yourself but if you’re looking for a camera that does capture events as people are walking up and not after they are leaving then this is your camera! There’s another new, what I would call a, competing brand with color night vision but they don’t have other cameras like the Eufy doorbell with dual camera. The app is easy to use and I wish it had a widget for my Android phone. I also love the Alexa integration so I get an announcement on my Alexa and/Sonos speakers. Another noteworthy fact is Eufy is an Anker sub-brand - if I got it right. I love Anker products so I might be a little bias but… No more hitting me with a subscription cost for each additional camera or added new feature.

The cameras themselves are great...
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE 12/19/2022:>This update will solely entail on the S330 cameras>Great when the sun is out, but now that it is winter time, battery is not doing too well. The battery one of my cameras is down to 25% after about 2 months. But then again, the area where it is pointed at has a high traffic.>I setup the cameras so that at nighttime the camera lights would turn on for motion detection or when live streaming. I have noticed a few times when it would turn on unprompted and no recording was saved. With all the recent eufy cam vulnerabilities arising, I cannot help but be disappointed :(~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Summary:>If you're having a déjà vu about seeing this review and looking at the attached photos/video, then that's because I have a separate review of the HomeBase 3 (S380) and 2 eufyCam 3s (S330) kit>TLDR: It is not perfect, but they work pretty well for what I need them for. There were some hiccups, but overall it was pretty easy to install and not much wiring/networking experience needed. So far so good; I will update with any major changesPros:>Daytime capture is unexpectedly nice!>Detection of humans/pets/cars is surprisingly good. The AI recognition of faces is also terrifyingly accurate for the most part>Accessing the live feeds through the eufySecurity app is pretty good and simple to navigate. Saving videos and screenshots were easy to do as well>The solar panels on the S330 charges pretty well. I saw one of them dip below 95% before during a cloudy day, but the next day, it was back up to 100% after being under the sun>The best part is how smooth the all the cameras reconnect to the HomeBase after a power loss. After a blackout, I did not have to do anything! Imagine having to go get a ladder, adjusting it so it is stable, unscrewing the cams all down, reconnecting them one-by-one to the HomeBase, and then putting them back up again while adjusting them to a good vantage point! Thankfully, I did not have to do all of that!Cons:>Unlike the included two S330s with the S380 kit, these stand-alone kit of two S330s connected to the HomeBase seamlessly. So your YMMV>When capturing a clip, it takes the cams like 3-5 seconds before capturing a video>Ghosting happens if there is not enough light source during nighttime. See the included video (I recommend setting up the camera with the "spotlights turned on" or adding "more lighting" to prevent this)>Talking through the cameras automatically triggers the anti-theft alarmOther notes:>Although I praised the camera's detection ability, it took about 2 weeks or so of tweaking and whatnot before I finally got my desired settings. For instance, I got a cam in front of the garage. In the 1st week or so, for some reason, it was not detecting anything beyond 15 feet event though I maxed out the sensitivity settings and detection areas. But by the 2nd week, it started to detect people from the sidewalk and cars passing through the street so much that I had to tone down the settings. IDK, maybe the software in these needed some time to adjust or something>The cams be very sensitive to NON-human/pet/car motion (thankfully, this can be disabled)>Camera switches from automatic to manual recording when looking at the camera's live feed. It goes back to automatic recording again when you stop viewing the live feed

Extremely disappointed
I have been a long time eufy user. I bought the two camera solar charging system a long time ago. It has worked perfectly. The two cameras charge appropriately and I can always access videos through the app. I even added a small external drive to store videos longer. No issues.I bought an add on camera to cover our parking lot and the camera just died after a few months. It would not charge or turn off. Eufy issued me a warranty replacement after making a bit of a fuss with me. Three months later and the replacement camera died too. I’ve emailed eufy for ANOTHER replacement. Needless to say, I’m extremely upset and disappointed with the add in cameras. There is clearly an issue with the quality control of add in cameras.
