Last night i accidentally swallowed, more than usual, some of the orajel toothache rinse. will there be any permanent damage? what should i do?

The best thing you can do for yourself in this is; Stop Worrying. The Oragel folks know we users will accidently swallow some of this product from time to time. If it contained anything harmful if swallowed there would be a huge warning on the bottle in big letters.

It’ll start working instantly. You won’t be sorry you bought this product. Only better oral rinse would be colgate proxyl.

What are the active ingredients?

I don't know the active ingredients but I am pretty sure you can look on the manufacturers website to find the answer. I will tell you that it is the best mouthwash I have used. Other mouthwashes tend to irritate my gums. This one does not. I take a bottle wherever I travel. Won't use anything else.
