Great as part a begginer system to introduce you to high quality audio.
Okay, so I'm no audiophile, I am just a fella who like a range of music and decided to up the ante a little, to see if I could tell the difference on a budget and this was the 'final' piece of the jigsaw for now. I added these to the FiiO/Snowsky Tiny Portable DAC & Headphone Amplifier Tiny B, Linsoul 7Hz x Crinacle Zero:2 in Ear Monitor and Honor Magic 7 Pro playing on Apple Music with the highest possible settings. I noticed a vast sound difference adding each of these to my set up. As I say, I'm not an audiophile but this wire added a significant boots over the standard wire which came with the IEMs, particularly the bass and sound stage, each instrument becomes clearer and much more defined with this cable. The quality feels good and is nice and thick, it feels like it won't tangle and the over ear loop fits comfortably, even with spectacles, it is more rigid around the ears, without being uncomfortable, but remains very flexible in general use, I have had my phone sat in my pocket with the wire running up through my coat and had no issues, but if you want it running from trouse pockets I would say you might need something a little longer. I would also recommend using alongside a device either with an external DAC/AMP or a device which has one built in, part of a system, rather than just connected to IEMs. Though I will say, changing from a standard wire really was another step up and for me, represented great value for money.

Good lead
Good cable a little soft to the touch, expected it to be a little more sturdy to match the original but it's ok. Sound has definitely improved and feels more natural

The reviews are right - this is a great cable
My Simgot EA500LM cable was 3.5mm and I really wanted to see if a balanced cable would make a difference, and for the price this cable seemed cheap enough to try, and I'm glad I did. Attachement to the IEMs is easy and the cable itself is more flexible and has a better feel. The sound is much better than my stock cable, much more clarity and openness to the music and covals, although how much of that is the cable or the switch to balanced, but it's a purchase I'm glad I made. Very happy.

Excellent
Always buy Tripowin cable well made and always look good. Update. Always used 3.5mm but this time 4.4mm and the music sounds loads better wish i had done it sooner.

Such a difference...
My wallet is now much lighter. Got myself a FIIO M21 player and some Meze Alba IEMs. Alba comes with 3.5mm jack and a very thin cable. This buy got me a balanced jack (4.4mm) and went for blue to match the M21. Added in some Spinfit Omni Tips - combination is awesome, but how much is down to the cable, who knows ?

Excellent cable to use with Truthear Zero Red
(This review is for the version with the 4.4mm balanced audio plug, and the 2-pin ends for the headset.) I'm using this with a Truthear Zero Red, receiving audio from a HiBy R4, and am very happy with the combination. The sound is clear and full, and there are no oddities. I did do a quick compare with the 3.5mm cable that came with the Red, and decided that this one was definitely worth the extra price. The cable is well-made, and the weight seems just right to me. As for durability, I imagine that a 2-pin connection is not going to be too robust (neither is an MMCX connection), so I expect that I need to be careful with the whole thing, but I'm fine with that. I expect to only use it when I'm sitting somewhere quietly, and I'll use a decent container to store the assembly when travelling. Just something to keep in mind. A note on the color: I chose the purple deliberately, just to be different, and it makes me smile. But there are other color choices if you want to be more sedate or feel the need to coordinate with your IEM's color.
