It's not good to cheat.
The product does not match the stated design as shown in the photo. In the photo, a transformer with two windings-mains and step-down. This is very important for decoupling from the network for medical devices as a safety feature. They sell a product with a single mains winding with a tap from the middle. 220 volts/110 volts. This is a hoax .

I bought 3000W converter. I didn't notice that it comes with 15A plug. But I don't have 15A sockets. So I contacted costumer support and they were able to help me with replacement of two 15A converters which has 5A plugs. Very prompt and responsive
