Fit Perfectly
I have read several reviews. Some say this was a perfect fit and others said it didn't work for them. We didn't have the model number for our faucet but felt we had nothing to lose going with the same brand. It was an easy install and in a few minutes we had a fully functioning, non leaking bathroom faucet again. It worked out great!

Found the impossible part!
None of my local hardware stores had this part in stock. They were convinced I'd need to replace the pipe under my sink but Amazon saved the day. This part is exactly like the one I removed and worked like a champ!

What I needed
Perfect fit/quality to replace an existing American Standard Pivot Rod setup. Used all but 1 part of this and now back in business! Very easy to install …. good instructions and quick delivery. 👍👍

Replacement for Eljer popup rod, 1998 model
The diameter of the ball is 0.6010 - measured with my starret digital micrometerThe diameter of the old ball is 0.6015, basically the same size.The rod length on either side of the ball was the same as the existing rod.After I installed these on my 2 sinks, I found the Danco 6" ball rod #86783 to have the same ball diameter and rod length. Danco can be found at many bigbox and hardware stores.The rubber O-ring was slightly smaller in diameter than the existing O-ring, but worked OK.The replacement ball rod worked fine - Hope it doesnt rust but probably will - seems to be a steel rodGood luck

Replacement for original
Time and frequent use wore out the originalon a pedestal sink. This one quickly did the trick to replace. No tools needed.

It's a waste of money
Does not work even though my drain pipe is American Standard made. The little ball is too small. Keeps leaking. Do not buy. It's a waste of money.

Not universal
Had to return because it did not fit. The diameter of the ball is .61mm and it was too large for my sink. My house was built in 2005, it's not a pop up drain and this just did not work. I've looked elsewhere for other pivot rods cannot find one slightly smaller.

Tip rotted off after less than a year
Poor quality. Tip rotted off in less than a year.
