As it isn’t a food grade product, it doesn’t need to be refrigerated and it has several ingredients to help preserve it. The information are listed in the description area under ingredients. Ingredients Organic Aloe Vera (99.75%), Agar (natural thickener), Citric acid (to stabilize pH), Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Potassium sorbate (for 2 year shelf life). Does NOT contain CARRAGEENAN or Chlorine.

What is the complete list of ingredients?

Please read the sellers listing. It states 99.75% pure Aloe Vera. The rest of the 0.25% is all natural ingredients which stabilize the pH and give it a 2 year shelf life. This is a very good product.
