Vermont Teddy Bear Kitten Stuffed Animal 18" | USA Bear Hospital Care

I tried 3 Emotional Support Stuffed Animals (ESSAs), and this 1 was the winner. It is, by far, the softest of the 3 elephants I tried. He is adorable, the size is as advertised, and seems well made. The warranty is unbeatable, especially if you are purchasing it for a child! Don't cheap out and get the $30 versions, Vermont Teddy Bear is where it's at!

Absolutely adorable

This very cuddly stuffed elephant from Vermont Teddy Bear is wonderful. It's the perfect size for me. He sits 13 inches from the top of his head to his butt. He has very soft fur and seems very huggable. As other reviewers had noted, I let him fluff out a little bit and gave him a good shake to rearrange his stuffing. When you get him, he is very compressed inside a plastic bag. I got him through Amazon smile so I could support my charity, otherwise I would have ordered him directly from VTB I also brushed through his hair with my hand oh, there was a lot of loose hair but no more than to be expected. I really appreciate the Vermont Teddy Bear lifetime care. This is a great elephant, not too big and not too small. He has a nice, benign expression. I bought him as a gift for myself. I love elephants, he's great. Yes, he's not cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for! The elephant's name is Tina, BTW! UPDATE: I bought the giraffe directly from Vermont Teddy Bear a few weeks ago. He is very cute and cuddly, just like his VTB elephant friend. My rather large cat helped me measure him from the tips of his antlers to his feet. As an added extra bonus Ralph the giraffe makes an excellent tablet holder for when I watch movies on my Kindle Fire! I just lay his tummy on my tummy and I'm good to go. I imagine these OH So Soft critters would make nice travel pillows for car rides or airplanes. I would take a very fine pair of manicure scissors and CAREFULLY trim around the giraffe's eyes. Maybe!

Tubby Monkey (what I named my monkey) came perfectly soft and fluffy in an "air-hole" marked Vermont Teddy Bear Company box. I have been meaning to invest in a VTBC stuffed animal for a long time and recently finally purchased the monkey. It was worth every penny. Monkey is a great size for cuddling, and younger kids could even lean up against him as a pillow in car rides or trips. He is very soft and the color is nice. I highly recommend this product to any person of any age, but if I was gifted a VTBC stuffed animal as a kid I would probably keep it forever. If you wanted to you could probably fit baby/toddler clothes on him if you wanted to dress him up as a gift for a kid. They circulate different kinds of animals all the time so if you're waiting on a new or different type of animal they change them frequently. My only issue was a few tiny threads have pulled out but that's only by the seams under the arms. This monkey is a perfect cuddly companion!

I bought this teddy bear for myself as a treat during some tough times. When it arrived I was pleased right away with the size of it. It's well stuffed and on the larger size, but not too big; perfect for cuddling. The texture of its fur came a lot fluffier than in the product image. However, I noticed right away that its bottom feet are slightly crooked. No big deal, I thought. It wasn't until later that I noticed the bear I received also did not have a stitched on smile (or any smile at all) like the bear in the product image. The tag on the bear says it was made in December of 2022. I was a little disappointed, but then I thought to myself: hey, he's not perfect, but neither am I! I'm keeping him, but if you're considering purchasing you might find that your mileage may vary. There is always variation with handmade items, but I was surprised with how different the bear I received is from what I expected for the price.

My granddaughter loves the addition to her collection. Vermont Teddy Bear makes great products.
