I found this product quite useful for light workouts at home. It’s easy to use and comfortable to wear. The intensity levels are decent and good for beginners. Don’t expect instant results, but with regular use, it helps. Worth the price.

Amazing!!!
I have never written a review before but I just had to write one for this heating pad. I've had severe cramps for years, to the point of being sick and passing out. While I am currently being medically treated (possible endometriosis) I still get cramps. This heating pad is amazing! Personally the lowest heat setting is a little too hot but I just wrap a scarf around it and the massage settings are great. I loved it so much that I even bought one for my friend who also experiences horrible cramps. Even if you don't have cramps, this heating pad works great on any other area. I've used the massage setting on my lower back after a long day of standing. Its portable and the battery lasts long enough.

Thankyou for 1. Making a device that is small, portable and effective for menstrual cramps. And 100047473828934774 time thank you for making it AFFORDABLE . Most options to help ease menstrual cramps outside of Advil and pain relievers. This is an amazing device. I am not sponsored nor do I make and commission in anyway this is an honest review. The ease of being able to charge it, and the long battery life. I can’t speak more highly of this product. Shoot, it even works for a sore back after being at a desk all day. The packaging and speed of service was also amazing. AND IT IS SO CUTE.
