For someone tired of the smaller bulbs and wanting something more 'practical' if you're a frequent users of such items. This one is nice. The spout is made from a bendy, softer plastic/rubber rather than the pokey firm stuff the little bulbs are made from. It is about as thick as a sturdy finger though so if you're not 'used' to that then it can be a bit of a shock I suppose. A good step between starter and likely moving on at some point to actually upgrading to one of the shower spouts. Good for the price, easy to use. Easy to clean. Also, the spout part both pops down and screws in so it's quite secure which can be 'annoying' if you're going to use it multiple times in a row to make certain things are clean. Though it does have backflow--which the downside is if you release it's going to suck water back in. The Upside is that if you keep a firm grip it will not do that and you can tip it over into a larger basin of water to suck up your next dosage so to speak.

This is the only enema I have used so far. It works great, it’s comfortable and you don’t really notice it’s inside. It can be slightly hard to clean but it’s fine. The nozzle is a little big but you get used to it. I took a star off because the tip of the nozzle has a slightly sharp piece that wasn’t cut off. It can be painful but I just cut it off to be more smooth. I wouldn’t bother with the lube btw. It’s an okay lubricant but I recommend to just use your own.

I didn’t like this product. While the price is affordable, I found it to be too large, too thick, and the material was much harder than I expected. It wasn’t comfortable for me. I’d rather spend a little more on a higher-quality product than buy something I won’t use.

This nozzle is smooth, soft, and comfortable to use. It detaches easily from the bulb for thorough cleaning. I recommend that you get the white one so that you can easily see if you got it clean. I also like the lube that comes with it. Works great.
