Great for an early morning boost for a child in school. My child said she wasn't thrilled about the taste at first as she was used to the kids gummy vitamins. I told her the taste is different because they weren't the kids kind but the more I thought about it it could be the addition of the fish oil. But of course I'm not going to tell her that lol. She would have stopped taking them. Now she takes them no problem and never complains about the taste. Another thing is the recommended dosage is four, but she's only been taking two. So save some money. Plus save some time because it would take a while for the child to chew four of them. Like I said getting great results and she's only eating two.

She likes that they're gummies but said the taste takes some getting used to. I was surprised, but happy, she persisted. I admit to trying another brand in capsule form after the first bottle, not at her request but due to the cost. She said she felt better when she was taking the SmartyPants, so now we're on our 4th bottle. They are expensive, but after searching for an equivalent to what these gummies offer- I realized it's less expensive buying this supplement that includes everything she needs. She's struggling, like many other teens in 2020, with depression/anxiety and has always had poor focus. If she's taking them because she feels a bit better, I'm buying them. I should add that this vitamin is certainly not a cure for depression and anxiety, but it is a *supplement* that seems to help a bit, it seems.

We started our pre-teen on these vitamins when she turned 11 after being on the kids smarty pants for the last 4 years. We definitely see a change in her energy levels when she misses doses. She started smarty pants vitamins after they were suggested to us for the good levels of Vitamin D. She has/had idiopathic scoliosis that was found when she was younger and per the advice of her doctor we were told high levels of vitamin D had been proven to slow the progression of scoliosis…she was at a 19° and getting worse when we started her on the vitamins she is now at a 4° curve without any bracing or or other treatments. The only thing we did was give the Smarty Pants and take the watch and wait approach. She goes to Shriners Hospital every 6 months for x-rays. This is just our on personal experience and I am not a medical professional so please take talk to your own doctor before starting a new vitamin.

My daughter used to like the taste of these vitamins. They might have changed the formula a few months back because suddenly, she stopped liking them. She would even pretend to eat them, then spit them out into the trash. But I can tell from her breakouts and dryness when she isn’t taking them. They make such a difference in her complexion, her energy levels, and how she feels in general so I will continue to buy them. Now, I just watch her to make sure she eats them every morning.

I purchased these because the percentages were high compared to other brands and they seem to be working. My 12 year old struggles with keeping her weight up and is a very picky eater. Kids make fun of her for being “to thin” (sounds crazy but there really is a whole other side to body shaming). We’ve used the Smarty Pants brand for years on and off but recently moved up to the teen formula and they seem to be helping. She isn’t crazy about the taste but they seem to taste better after they’ve been opened..? I like that she doesn’t have any stomach or gastro issues with these so she takes them without a fight. We are in our 3rd bottle of the Teen formula and will definitely keep ordering.

These are wonderful vitamins for kids, teens, and adults. They include all the necessary vitamins in gummie form. I only wish they were not so sweet.

Daughter does not like the fishy taste - I tried one and they aren't that pleasant. Smarty Pants makes one without the fish oils that is very palatable.
