Winco 13" x 18" Aluminum Sheet Pan, 1/2 Size

This was part of helping my son stock his apartment kitchen, and it was one of those items that felt useful immediately. Simple, practical, and the kind of thing you know will actually get used. Good buy for a first kitchen.

For any chef or experienced home, cook.This is the sheet pan to have because it fits standard ovens.It is a half sheet pan, if you get a full pan, it's probably not gonna fit unless you have an n s.F convection or n s f.Standard oven, so this half sheet pan works wonders, it doesn't warp, like standard sheet pans that you find in walmart, it's n s f natural science foundation.So it'll put up with a good licking.Just don't put it in a dishwasher.Wash it by hand

Bought because the price was right and they fit on my small rolling rack. These pans actually bake my cookies up just like my nordicware pans so its good for a cheaper alternative. I will purchase several more!

I really like this but it got a blue discoloring to it pretty fast. It does have even heat distribution and is great quality to where it won't warp. Great size for sheet cakes or baking freezer food.

I bought 4 pans. I use them for cookies, baking, roasting meats, broiling. They work very well. I like the thickness and the weight. They are a little stained but it has not affected their use. I wash them by hand and dry in the oven or hand dry.

Nice quality sheet pan. Has a good thickness and can support a good amount of weight. It isn’t flimsy and doesn’t appear that it’ll warp anytime soon.

Fairly thick aluminum. So far no warping or bending. I always go for aluminum or other metals rather than nonstick surfaces — nonstick surfaces always seem fantastic at first, but gradually gather spots and greasy baked on areas, and look worse and worse. Aluminum, if it gets dirty, you can always clean with a bit of baking soda or Ajax-like products and a bit of work. Except the corners and edges which are hard to get into. This item has beautifully rounded edges and corners, so I do not anticipate any problem with that. Aluminum spreads heat easily. Doesn’t hold heat so it cools down nicely once you take it out of the oven. The size is standard “half sheet” 18x13 inches including the edges. Fits “if you care” parchment paper just nicely. Obviously, too large to fit in a dishwasher comfortably, so wash by hand. (And you never want to put aluminum in a dishwasher — it interacts with other metals etc. and turns grayish, streaks, ugly. Just wash by hand, it’s not bad at all.) Recommend highly.

Great value for the money. It is true, using an aluminum sheet prevents cookies from turning dark on the bottom. Nonstick sheets retain more heat so my baked goods were always burnt on the bottom. I handwash this because it is too big to fit in my dishwasher. I use the scrubbing sponges designed for nonstick pans. I'm not sure what other users are using to scrub this (steel wool?) But no issues with scratches on my baking sheet. Price is so much better than HomeSense, Walmart and Canadian tire.

This pan is definitely one of the most solid and heavy duty pans I've seen. Unlike so many other pans, you can't twist this one with your hands.. very well built! Appears to be restaurant quality for sure! Love it!
