i don’t think i’ve ever reviewed a lip product before in my life but this was TOO GOOD to not leave a review. for starters, i suffer with TERRIBLE chapped, dry, sad, sandpaper, crusty lips. i’m very (or was) self conscious about it, constantly licking my lips and peeling them—and we all know how that goes. you lick, peel, bleed, and then the cycle repeats. this chapstick is my HOLY GRAIL!!!! it took one day (and maybe the morning of the next) for my lips to be reborn. no my dryness, no more crust, no more bleeding. when i tell you this chapstick causes your lips to peel in the BEST WAY. if you were on the fence, PLEASE GET THIS! it literally takes off the top layer of your lips, leaving you soft and smooth. and fyi—this is THICK. it’s not shiny like a lip oil or gloss. i like to top with a lip oil just to get some shine while still having the benefits. it really is going to help if you’re suffering from chapped lips this winter season.

This stuff is a lip saver. Absolute favorite lip balm ever. Stays on for hours through all types weather conditions. Hydrates, cools & conditions lips. Well worth the money. Definitely recommend.

O'Keeffe's products have always helped my hands and feet. But I didn't know they had a lip repair balm product until I was given an O'Keeffe gift package and one was in there! I love it for many reasons: it quickly helps my lips when they get dry and cracked in the winter, the taste is agreeable to me, it lasts a long time, and the unique shape of the container is easy to tuck into a small purse or keep somewhere nearby. I bought the two-pack so I could leave one in my purse and have one in each location in the house I stay in most! Definitely recommended to anyone who also has dry lip problems that are problematic!

I LOVE this product! I finally found something that helps with my cheilitis. I have not had any issues since purchasing it. It goes on smooth and leaves a cool minty feeling on your lips. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

I've had chronically chapped and peeling lips for literally as long as I can remember, and this is by far the best product I've ever found for them; those other name brands like Chapstick, Eos, Lip Smacker can't even compare. My lips actually feel SMOOTH, and the cooling sensation lasts way longer than other lip balms as well. Not only would I buy this product again, I already have. I would absolutely recommend this lip balm!!

I've been on a mission to find the best balm there is, and this is the best I've found. I was using Jack Black's lip balm, which feels amazing, but is very slippery so it doesn't stay on long. I am a smoker, and I always have to have something to drink because of dry mouth. Most lip balms come off because of those reasons...drinking and smoking. This lip balm has so far reduced the amount of times that I have to put it on each day. It's more of a waxy texture than slippery, so it lasts longer. It does have a cooling sensation when you put it on, but that wears off in a little while. I thought the cooling sensation would leave a taste of menthol, which would annoy me, but it's not bothersome at all. I usually reapply lip balm as soon as it wears off because my lips would go right back to feeling so dry I couldn't stand it. With this one, I can actually go a little while without reapplying, so it must be restoring some of the lost moisture. (I've found that some of these are inconsistent. Some glide on smoothly and are amazing, and some seem to drag across your lips as if there isn't the same moisture content. I will continue to buy these, because nothing else has helped to restore the moisture in my lips like these do.)

I love this as an alternative to burt's bees, it is still cooling but doesn't seem to dry out my lips when I use it all the time

This ended my years-long adventure with chronic dry lips. I wish I’d found it sooner, but alas, it does make the relief that much sweeter. I hate a glossy or shiny lip. This absorbs quickly, matte, and lasts.

This is my bedtime lip repair. I've tried others and I always come back to O'Keefee's. I also like there is no plastic in the packaging of this product, just light cardboard which goes right into my recycling.
