I’ve been aware of creatine to build muscle for a long time, but was never interested. Just not that kind of guy. The quality is fine, but for the recommended 5g daily dose you're required to take too many pills. Just buy the powder and a 5g scoop.

Product is as described. The supplements are kind of large. I usually don't have a problem swallowing pills however these are sometimes iffy. I only swallow one or two at a time. I have noticed an improvement in energy

I can't do the grittiness or taste of loose creatine powder so I appreciate these capsules. I don't mind taking several to reach my desired dose because that's easier for me than the taste and texture of loose powder.

Bulk supplements has always been a reliable brand for supplements that are good quality for a good value. Just a few things for people before buying. This product is made from cow gelatin, so it’s not vegan. The size is fairly small and convenient for these pills (I can down all 7 without choking). They’re about 2cm long and .7 cm wide. These capsules have a weird taste and smell to them so I wouldn’t leave them in your mouth too long. It’s better than the powder tho bc I tend to gag with the feeling of the powder form of creatine. So these pills are lifesavers. They are pretty expensive compared to the powder form but I buy the 420 pack to get the most of your money. That gives you a 2 month supply or 60 servings of 5g. Just today I found a hair in the capsule which made me question their processes of getting these in their container. Hopefully it’s as sanitary and sterile as we think. Nonetheless you get what you pay for and this product is not horrible.
