Well it's creating you don't taste it you look pretty good after you use it for a little bit you get a decent amount for your money you feel pretty good doesn't smell at all and I don't really notice any side effects besides my muscles seeming more swole

Great product! Completely dissolves in water. A couple others I tried just left a pile of sand in the bottom of the glass.
