Purchase for health, not for taste
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was purchased for it’s unique health benefits based on preliminary studies for cognitive decline. I noticed some people rated it lower because of its taste and consistency. It is thin, almost watery, not at all like your usual honey and it tastes nothing like traditional honey. I would encourage you to research it before purchase. It is not something you would use like a traditional European style honey or Manuka.

The moneys in a super tiny glass jar that cracked during shipping. The kar should have been shipped in a box, not the big envelope

Nothing is more healthy than a spoonful of native bee honey. Curbs appetite, too. And not too sweet.

sour as it gets with honey
wow I tried this and it was sour, I guess they were right! made one heck of a salad dressing, threw in some hot asian chili sauce and lite up the world. tasted great, not recommended for tea, coffee or drink sweetener.

Not what you are used to
The honey is quite unique to say the least. It is unlike any honey I have ever experienced. It is quite tart and sour and takes a bit of getting used to. What ever process those bees have is extraordinary.
