Get to know your pan
I like my Lodge pan a lot, but just as past experience has taught me, cast iron is not "non-stick." The non-stick effect depends a lot on the user—proper and ongoing seasoning and getting to know the pan. The key I've found is correct temperature and minimal cleaning. For example, with cast iron I rarely use soap, which tends to break down the seasoned surface. I'm still getting used to this new Lodge pan, so results are sort of hit and miss for me.

You can’t go wrong with Lodge
I like test the product I buy for (2) to (3) weeks so I can give an honest review/opinion. With that being said I’m new to cast iron cooking even though I own multiple Lodge pieces. Throughout the years Lodge have kept the quality on their products. I got me the 10” pieces due to I have an old 10” that move been transferred to the camping set “semi retirement” not really they do so good that now they will be to the test to the worst part of their career out in nature. Now that left me short handed in my kitchen and being a fan of yellow stone why not have (2) of the things I like? My corn bread will be good on a pan but why go for good when you can go for out of this world. Lodge I don’t regret spending my good old merican notes on something that will last for ever even when I’m gone from GODS creation! I will keep adding to my set!

LO MEJOR DE LO MEJOR
Ya conocía la marca ,sigo teniéndola como el primer día ,porque esto es eterno, pero quería tener una segunda sartén y me he comprado también un segundo hornillo y la verdad que no hay color con otras marcas, es preferible gastar un poco más, pero sabes que tienes sartén para toda la vida y no merece la pena andar con probaturas por ahorrarte dinero. Muy importante saber curarla después de su uso y tendrás sartén para toda la vida
