The media could not be loaded. I love the Catit fountains and how they actually seem to filter things out before the water re-enters the main tank. Other water fountains and filters have allowed for a lot more gunk to end up in the reservoir. The only issue is I think I received someone else’s return so one of the filters was already opened when I received it. I definitely do not feel confident that I can safely use that filter in my cats’ fountain so I ended up basically being shorted one filter.
