Highly recommend - Smoked Chianina Brisket
This was the first time that I used paper to wrap meat I smoke. I had purchased a Chianina Beef Brisket for the Independence Day Weekend 2020 and at the price I paid for the brisket, I didn't want it to have any issues with it. It was a 10# brisket that didn't need any trimming. I smoked it for just over 15 hours with about a 3.5 hour stall. I wrapped it in the paper. Was pleasantly surprised as the bark didn't melt off, like it does with foil. The brisket turned out better than I thought it would. Had rave reviews from family and friends! This will be my go to wrap for everything I smoke. I highly recommend it. When I use this up, I will definitely buy more. If you need help with smoking meat, search the Smoking Meats Forum, you can't go wrong with their tips which I had to use on the fly with this smoke (went to the chat and answers were given in real time - thanks guys!). 1st Picture brisket wrapped and in ice chest. #2 Opened paper to show bark. #3 Sliced... ready to plate with some Spanish slaw, BBQ beans and served with an adult beverage.

Smoked a Brisket, wrapping with this Paper, awesome results.
Bought this Butcher Paper to try the methods suggested by many to wrap Brisket while Smoking, like what "Franklin Barbecue" in Austin TX does for their Briskets.Prepare the Brisket by lightly trimming a full Brisket (no flats) using a simple Salt and Pepper Rub, lots more Pepper than Salt.Use Wireless Remote Thermometers, one for grill, one in the meat.Smoke keeping grill at ~235 deg, keep loading smokewood every two hours or so.Once it reached "The Stall" at ~170 deg or about 10 hours, pull and wrap the Brisket.Used about 5 feet per Brisket, laid lengthwise on paper about 1/2 brisket from one end, pulled the short end over, grabbed that end and folder over one more time, pulled the sides in over the Brisket, then folded over again and tucked under.Put the upside (I cook fat up) back on the smoker same position as before.I kept applying smokewood, some said it still penetrates, so why not.Pull when meat reaches 205 deg, let rest for 30 min to 1 hour. The Brisket was some of the best we have ever made, good bark, good smoke, much more juicy than non-wrapped, easy to pull, slices would not stay together holding one end of thick pieces. Saved 1/3 flat end for later. This is a great product to help reach a new level of Brisket.

First time user - we're hooked! No more dry ham, roast, etc.
Pink/Peach Butcher Paper Roll - 18" x 150' in Durable Carry Tube & eBook | Made in USA & FDA Approved | Unbleached Unwaxed BBQ Smoking & Meat Wrapping Paper My husband has always been a meat-smoking aficionado, though he has a slight habit of over-cooking the meat, which leads to dry brisket, dry ham, dry burgers and more. Last week, I was surfing for butcher paper for the freezer, when I happened upon this pink paper. Curiosity found me reading the reviews, and I was blown away at the hundreds upon hundreds of 5 star reviews. So, I ordered a roll. This evening, when I arrived home from work, my husband announced that he had cooked an 8.62 pound ham. I cringed, but thought I might cut it up for scalloped potatoes, since it was going to be dry, as usual. To my surprise, he had used the new pink paper! He brought it into the house, set it in the sink, and we sliced a bit of ham off. This was the most flavorful, tender, juicy ham he has ever cooked, and he's cooked many a ham. I can only imagine what it will do for brisket.I'm very pleased, and will definitely keep this in our kitchen stock. Thank goodness for the handy roll keeper, too!

Smoker essential
It is a good substitute for foil and allows the meat a bit more breathability

Amazing, so happy!
I bought this for my husband, he has been getting more serious about cooking on his pellet grill/smoker, and had been running around town trying to find butcher paper. When he couldnโt find any, I found this brand and decided to choose it based on reviews, and man it did not disappoint. He is so happy with the results and quality of this butcher paper, once we run out we will definitely be buying more, as well as buying some as a gift for his brother.

It is parchment paper.
If you are getting this to wrap butts or brisket in, be sure you are going to wrap a lot of them. Review the way you want to smoke or BBQ as wrapping in this paper is not the best way.I will have to find a use for this product now since I have a lifetime supply of it after only one smoke job for a Brisket and it didn't work as well as heavy-duty foil.

Must have for brisket!
Great paper and a must have for smoking brisket!! I can not find this anywhere near where I live so I am glad that I found this on here. The tube was in good condition and the protective tube for storing it is great!! I had no issues with the caps as some have said in their reviews. I would like for it to be a little wider for brisket but it is nothing that doubling up can not take care of. It shipped quiclly as well. I can not comment on the ebook as I honestly haven't looked at it yet.

I will never use foil to wrap again!
I was very surprised at how good my brisket came out after wrapping it in the butcher paper. I had never heard about it until I saw a video recently and decided to give it a try. It worked beautifully and gave me the best bark I had ever gotten on a brisket. I definitely will buy more. Of course at 150 feet it may take a while to get through it all.
